I ordered frames which were described "Matte Black". When I recieved them they were black with blue temples. There was no where in the description that said there was blue on these frames. If you looke super close you can kind of tell the temples are blue, but you aren't looking close when the description says "Matte Black". Customer service said they won't pay for return shipping and I still have to pay the restock fee even though it is clearly a miss representation of what the product is on the site. I am very frustrated with my experience.

Prescription ordering could be easier
I had issues from the time I paid in which it took a week for them to figure out how to post my payment. Then they didn't alert me when the frame they had ordered arrived broken causing another delay. Overall it took about a month from the date I ordered. The glasses are exactly as I ordered except one side was not buffed down like the other. I won't risk having them fix it. I sure won't order again.
I found the frames I wanted on Cool Frames. Right after I bought there was a sale and the price dropped significantly. I contacted Customer Service and was helped by a very nice representative. She made the price adjustment straight away.
