Hi have purchased EasyClip EC428 Eyeglasses to replace my broken ones of the same model. They arrived fast and at a good price.
I was looking for a particular brand and style frame and found it at Cool Frames at the best price available at the time. It was very quick and easy to order. It took about 10 days to get them, but unfortunately I had to return them as one of the arms was bent. I am looking forward to getting a replacement pair.

I have a big head and shopping in a eye glass store in the day of exam isn't the way, take the time to get the glasses you need by shopping for the frames in advance ( cool frames offered, wide aswell as comfort and quality)

The whole process from start to finish was very thorough. I am completely satisfied with my order. This is the 2nd time I used Cool Frames, and both times I have had a great experience.
I ordered glasses February 2024. I was severely disappointed with quality of the lenses. Although I did not order the glare coating on my lenses I did not expect the level of reflection I would see. I can see the reflection of my own eye in the lens, I see a glare with every light, making them very difficult to wear and not safe at all for driving at night. I reached out to the customer service department and they were no help at all. They claimed it was my fault for not spending the extra on the glare coating but I have never experienced this level of reflection on lenses in a decade of wearing glasses. Will not order from them again. And when I told customer service I was disappointed they never even replied.
Reasonable prices, great selection, unfortunately took 3 weeks for international shipping.
I appreciated that they have a wide selection of glasses, and their website makes it easy to filter for what you want. The virtual try-on is also a great feature. Ordering was easy, and the glasses came when expected. The quality of the lenses has been great and they did the prescription exactly.

Phoned in to make sure I would have no problems as this order was to replace my current ones as they had broke. Samantha was great. Stayed on the line till order went through. I live in Canada, ordered them on Feb 5 & rec'd on the 19th.
