Lots of fun shoping for frames as the selection is original and very high quality. The staff is friendly and very attentive. They make wonderful suggestions and give great feedback on style. I highly recommend the store. My glasses are beautiful with a perfect fit and i know they are unique.
I found the frames I liked on a different site and had regular glasses made in my prescription. I contacted the company and asked if they could make me some sunglasses with these same frames and they said no. This set off my search and lucky for me I found Cool Frames. Bonus for me was the frames cost way less. I love my glasses. I will be back. Thanks.

Cool frames had a good price on the frames I was seeking for my 2 kiddos. They arrived & I brought them into a local glasses shop where they put in the order for the lenses with my insurance. Worked out great. It was an extra step, but I was happy to take that when cool frames had the frames I desired for my kids.

Although the delivery was not as fast as I would have wanted to, my frame came in great condition. The fitting is like it's custom made for me. So I just ordered another one and it's on the way.
I ordered frames and shortly after received an email that they would take a little longer and I wouldn't receive them for over a month. I was given the option to either A. Wait for them, B. Receive a discount on another color that would arrive sooner or C. Cancel my order all together. I chose to wait because I really liked the color I chose and it wasn't a big deal to wait a little longer. About 2 weeks later I got confirmation that they shipped and received them way earlier than expected! They are great quality and super lightweight and comfortable.
