Cartier frames a little over priced but authentic.
Called customer service before ordering and the associate was very helpful and explained that the order comes with sunglass lenses as pictured. Doesn't seem like other websites included lenses?!
I had added new progressive sunglasses to an existing frame I liked very much and the eyepiece broke. At the optometry shop they could not obtain the frame because it wasn't carried in their network. They were able to identify the make and model. I found it available on Cool Frames by googling the model number. And lo and behold all was well. Order and obtained the replacement frame within a week. Took it into the optometry shop and they transferred the new lenses into the replacement. Very ha[py with the outcome.
Super Easy! And they had the frames I was looking for, whereas other stores did not carry them.

I love the glasses- but i specifically went with Cool Frames because of the ability to bill through insurance. I submitted all of my info as requested, and even followed up - no response and i didn't know until after receiving my glasses that it was never put thru my insurance. When i contacted again, they told me that someone had reached out saying that the information i gave was "incorrect" but i didn't receive any sort of note.
The glasses were easy to order and are a quality product. My only gripe is the bifocal field is too narrow
My order took 3 weeks for delivery. I received no order updates as to why the delay. All communication was intiated by me

Why do I have to enter at least 50 characters if I can describe my, whoopss you do not have spell checker built into your site. Thats not good.
