I received my frames quickly and at a great price.

I had to wait a little to receive my frames but cool Frames quickly informed me of the delay and offered me a refund or I could still wait to receive them, which I did. I am so glad I waited because I love 💗 them. They came exactly when they promised. I will definitely refer and use this company again.

These are my favorite frames from them! The style and shape are what I've been looking for and I've been buying the same pair from my drs office for a while until they stopped selling them so I came to this site to continue to get them. They got to me 3 days sooner than expected and were packaged very secure and carefully.

I understand paying to send the glasses which i did but charging customers 20% for "restocking", that is not acceptable. Would not recommend Cool Frames to anyone.

Only ordered the frames as I had tried them on at an actual store but wanted the other color.

The wrong order was shipped initially, but was corrected once returned.

I have had three pairs of these frames. They seem to be loose after a short time. I had to order brown this time because it said the blue wasn't available. I don't need new lenses yet. Is it possible for you to check and see if there are any blue frames available anywhere?

No complaints about the glasses or time from placing the order to receiving the order.

I bought the exact same frames I had before. My previous frames were gun metal from a different vendor, but you didn't offer gun metal or silver or gray. If they are available from the vendor, it would be good if you would offer them.

When placing the order, I thought I was ordering the frames but I had ordered just the magnetic sunglasses for the frames. The form for ordering clip-on sunglasses should not have fields for the prescription; a "sunglasses only" note would be helpful, and so would a link to the frames that match the sunglasses. I quickly received an email from Cool Frames telling me how much more I needed to pay to get the frames which was nice, but I had already requested re-imbursement from my insurance (Cool Frames is out of network) and my receipt for the additional payment wasn't itemized so trying to get re-imbursed for it would have been a hassle. My out-of-pocket was greater than it should have been.

The glasses I purchased are beautiful. Coolframes described them perfectly. I was given enough information to purchase them on line

The site is easy to navigate which makes purchasing online a piece of cake. I'm glad that I was able to find the exact pair of frames to replace the original ones that my son accidentally broke. The affordable prices and coupons are a plus!

Had to wait a month or so as the Versace sunglasses I ordered just dropped! I waited and called back as prescribed at which time they informed me they were in, and I would receive tracking. They arrived and were definitely worth the wait.
