OK, they had what I thought I needed but turns out the size was wrong. Now I had to chose a restock fee when they didn't have my size frame or just keep it and have lenses re-made.
I chose the latter after not finding the frames I had hoped...
It all worked out you just have to be sure you know what you are buying...

Frames arrived in brand new condition and the branded case was included. But you can't order several pairs and return the ones that don't work. Cool Frames doesn't do returns! They will exchange your frames for a different pair ONE time, AND they charge a restocking fee, even on exchanges! I was shocked. It's 2024. So try on frames somewhere that charges full price and then buy them here. If you want your glasses made somewhere else, first make sure they'll accept frames purchased elsewhere.
A local optical store didn't carry my frames so I ordered them from Cool Frames using the numbers and brand name on the frames. I returned to the store with my new frames and they inserted the lenses for no charge and I'm very happy.

I'm my experience and I have purchased 2 pair of lenses from coolframes over the last few years. Customer service is friendly, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from coolframes in the future.
Easy to navigate the website- it took a bit longer than I was expecting, but I realized I have a higher prescription so the lenses take longer. But I was pleased with the quality of the glasses. They feel very well made and the prescription was perfect.
I received my glasses and the lens prescription seems incorrect, as vision is very blurry close up, unlike another pair I just ordered / received from a different company with the EXACT SAME prescription?!
Customer service was less than helpful.
Given that these lenses were more expensive, I would not recommend
Too many discount /promo codes, but since only one can be used at a time, seems futile. Lenses (even with the discount) are more than other online eyeglass shopes
I needed replacement frames for ones that had broken and they had what I was looking for and my lenses fit perfectly.
The staff was very responsive and helpful, delivery time for it to process and send did take 2 weeks to arrive.
Glasses arrived after 3 weeks. Didn't mind the wait and got what I ordered.
