No communication or tracking on glasses. Had to ask twice where the order was. 5 minutes after inquiring the second time it miraculously was shipped.

I have purchased a total of three pair of glasses from this brand and guess what all three are still in great condition if your looking for quality durability and a low price, this is the place to go!

Our daughter broke her frames (of course right betore a weekend!); local optical shop could not confirm by COB whether they still had same style or not, so we tried online, found Cool Frames (at a great price, esp with July 4th special) and ordered on 7/5. The frames were shipped 7/9 and received 7/12 - exactly a week after we ordered. BTW, the local optician finally did get back in touch with us and said they could order the frames, but for significantly more than we paid with Cool Frames, so we made the right decision!

I selected glasses that just don't fit. My account is not attached to my past orders. Emailing is a waste also. Long wait times for Phone calls. X4. Told one thing on phone but they don't send link, or info is completely wrong. I cannot get credit for a purchase that is not on my account. Frustrated is putting it mildly. Third purchase through them no problem with the other two. Probably will be my last unless someone actually helps me get this resolved
