They charged us $495.00 and did nothing for our company in 4 weeks other then "Keyword Research" which was bogus, and ran an audit report which we did already. When a refund was requested they wanted an additional $99 to refund the $495.00, makes no sense. This company is a fraud and will not do anything for your company but take your money and waste your time.

I hired this company to write reviews for a brand new company. 10 in all. They wrote them then told me they would post them a little at a time. After two week and them posting only 2 reviews, they told me they were waiting to post them slowly. Then the next day the posted all 10 and two had already been posted. So now I had two reviews that were identical with different names. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing here?

Great customer service and meet deadlines better than I did. However, the content provided was nothing like I was hoping. In the emails back and forth I tried to share how the feeling and the brand as well as specific content, but I can tell that the people writing this are simply academic (introduction, preliminary research, body, conclusion). There's no marketing technique or feeling. It's stiff. The brand was not captured. Neither was the content provided per my instruction. I suppose I was expecting a marketer to write for me and that just wasn't the case.

As I researched the first steps for a startup business, I noticed everyone mentioned you must have a business plan. My being new to this my first thought was surely there has to be someone I can hire to write this for me. I searched the web and Content Development Pros won out hands down and I have not regretted my decision. CDP has been a lifesaver for me and has led me through unfamiliar territory. Within minutes of securing the help of the company I received an email from the project manager introducing themselves and requesting a time that we could formally speak. I was sent a questionnaire requesting information regarding my startup and within a few days the drafts began. The writing was exceptional, and the few revisions made were due to my personal preference. CDP did such an awesome job once the business plan was completed I immediately had them set up my web design. Once again, a job well done! I could never have made it on this journey without CDP, or those who reached out to me throughout the process to check on the status of the project, and to make sure I had no issues with the content. Shout out to Dave Connor, Janice Scott, and Annie Rose who are my heroes! I can't thank them enough for the part they played in allowing me to see my dream begin to come alive. I was a little dubious at first when I looked at the low price they were quoting, but the quality of the final content they presented me far exceeded my expectations! If you're a small business with a low budget who wants to make their website more appealing like me, these are the people for you!

These guy don't know what it takes to write a proposal. I paid them to write a proposal for my firm, all they did was copy and paste "contents" from my website and from the material i sent them to support the proposal. They only changed some verbiage and called it "PROPOSAL". The writing quality is from a 9 grader middle school student or lower. I would have done much better job if i decided to do it myself. Save your money, go somewhere else or do it yourself. They are not worth a dime.

I hired them to create an infographic for my site. They said the turnaround time would be three days, it took TWO MONTHS until the job was done - and I'm still not satisfied. I provided thorough research, and outlines for the design, yet their draft had major spelling mistakes, designs flaws, and even copyright issues. Their team did not communicate well, and often went against specific instructions. Designs were of a poor quality - definitely not worth the headache.

Tremendous value for cost. I was extremely happy with the content writing this group did for me. I needed 8 short web content pieces. They wrote them as if they read my mind. I gave them very little input and they delivered the goods as expected in a timely manner.

I dont post reviews very often, but I just had to do it for them. Ive worked with a number of content writing services to improve the content on my website and only few have come as close to meeting all my requirements as they did. Theyre professional, extremely punctual and know exactly what theyre doing. The content I require is usually very research-based, and they always step up to the plate and hit the ball right out of the park. You can bet Ill be returning to use their services again!

Ive been working with them since I started my business a few years ago, and Ive never had a reason to complain. Every month they come up with newer, better topics to keep the audiences engaged and Im honestly surprised at the amount of creativity these guys show! They just keep getting better and better and are a major reason for why my website does so well. Im a loyal customer and I wish to continue working with these guys on all my future endeavors as well.

A total time waste. I requested them to write for our company, scanned everything they need to know, sent over... and I was promised to have quote very soon. Contacted them again after 3 days to remind them about it. I was told that I will have it soon. Another day was gone, contacted them again. And I was told someone will get back to me within 24 hors... its now third day again since we last spoke and no reply from them...

Its a total waste of time to deal with them.
