The lines don't quite add up where you enter the cyl, axis, etc., from the mobile website. It was a little confusing at first. Otherwise best price I could find online! And free shipping which is fantastic!

Only allowing for one coupon per order and having free shipping as a code instead of it being automatically applied even after a purchase of over 150 dollars renders all other promotions on the site useless.

Very good, but pricey. Prescription contacts are a necessity to correct vision and when you don't have health benefits providing corrective contacts for teens can be expensive however, I do find them cheaper than glasses.

Website is very user friendly. Prices are considerably lower than purchasing contacts through optometrist with added bonus of specials via e-mail. We have never had an issue in the years we have being purchasing Contact Lenses Canada.

Paid extra for fed ex priority overnight shipping and didn't receive my parcel until 8 business days later. Contacted customer service; they contacted me through phone after I sent at 4 email messages. Was unable to talk through phone due to work related issues. But was very unsatisfied with the shipping.

Easy to order and site was fast. I just wish there was a bigger selection in different brands for lens that would have no UV protection because we need to get the whole spectrum from the sun especially us who live in the north.

Fast and easy transaction but you should write in your add, when the customer will have the chance to enter le reduction code because it is a bit confusing since we enter this code after entering the payment method.

Disappointed that you said there were no hidden fees, no taxes, etc. and then you added an "insurance fee" and didn't mention it until I reached the final submission of the order. When I do comparison shopping, your site was the best, but then after shipping and insurance...no difference. Also, why do you only have negative sphere choices in the pure vision prescription colours?

I have ordered contacts online from several different companies over the past years - they have always offered a free shipping coupon or $ off coupon - especially on a first time order - I could not find any coupons for your site that would work for my order.

Just found this site today for the first time, and I will return. My normal site no longer carried my brand in my new prescription strength, which ended up being a good thing because Contact Lenses Canada beat their pricing. Pulled up a few more site, and these folks still out priced them all and had my right prescription.

Like the shipping options. Not very happy that the price of the product (Halloween contacts) has increased 3 times in the last 3 days. From buy 2 get 1 free, to $9.99 each, to now $25/pair. Small consolation of 'discounted' UPS overnight shipping. I personally despise UPS but it is the best of the choices provided. Not really willing to rely on the 3-6 day Canada Post time frame. Hopefully the product makes up for it!

Wearing contact lens for over 30 years never try other brand before. I read about good comment about this product. Price is expensive but I find this "Dailies Total 1 " so gentle, easy to wear. I would recommend if someone looking for a one day use contact lens. Excellent product.

Ordering is easy; delivery is fast. Would like to have a better discount even when ordering a smaller amount. Prices have gone up and are getting close to what I would pay with my optometrist. But nothing beats the convenience of ordering online and having it delivered to your door in a few days!
