Quick and easy. Good price, lots of brands available and efficient shipping. However, it did happen twice in the past 4 years that a contact lens was deformed and was inusable. The expiry date was still a year ahead and boxes were stored as suggested.
The process is easy and convenient. I paid a lower price than I can get from my optometrist, and delivery was quick.

The website was a bit slow but easy to use. Unfortunately I used a different billing address then shipping address which caused my order to be placed on hold. I had to call in to resolve the issue but didn't receive a confirmation after the fact, overall I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry for my order and happy with the price I paid.
