Why can't everything be done on one or two pages instead of an order going page after page after page after page. Went to my acct and got stuck there. Had to back arrow to get out during order. Just have us answer questions on one or two pages. Simplify the ordering process. Easy to lose your place... Love the delivery time. You never have let me down.

Love this site! My daughter now wears contacts and she is a typical teenager and lets me know at the last minute that she doesn't have many left, so it is wonderful that we can order and get the contacts in time!

Great, but I did not like that I had to re-register because the password did reset but could not be used. Tried several times. There should be information how long it can be, and what type of characters can be included for the Password. Bad security you have. I should be able to use a 64 bit password with ANY character.

As a regular contact lens wearer, I would simply like to get the best price from a vendor, not have to search who has what price at the time. This time, your site was less, but then an insurance cost... still a bit of a savings but a bit of a surprise.

I haven't had the chance to open the lens box so hope the quality is quality - two additional freeebie drops were included... which will not be used, but thanks.

A little apprehensive since I have never ordered this type of product online. Excited to see if they are the same as what is available from optometrist.

One problem, I ordered $119 in contacts and applied the code, and it said it was going to take 10$ off, but it didn't...I ordered cheaper contacts, you might want to look into that.

Unclear advertising. Next time I will use another company that offers more savings, such as contactsexpress.ca. I was mistaken that free shipping was included with discount when using promotion coupon. Should state clearly in advertisment that free shipping is not included

Service was fast and product was as requested. I was disappointed that I could only use one coupon code. I thought I would be able to have free shipping and save $15 because of the total dollar value of my order.

Everything was very straight-forward, easy to use! The only negative was not being able to edit the quantity on the edit tab-I had remove all entries, rather than change quantity to "1" from "2", and then re-enter my script info again.

Very good service. My only complaint was regarding the last order. Canada Post left the order in my Community mailbox and it was quite cold outside, so I assume that the lens solution and lens could freeze if it had been left there for a few days. I thought it was going to be delivered to my door.

Fast and easy. I am a returning customer. I have ordered from you many times and I don't know why I had to registrar as a new customer. Also you always have free shipping over100.00. What was so special about Mothers Day. I did not get any discount. Same price each time.

Although competitive, I can't say that the prices are substantially lower when buying from CLC compared to my local eyewear shop (at least for the type of lenses I use). However the process is quick and easy which compensates a bit.

I was pleased with the ordering experience and the price. Although my contact lenses were a special order due to the type of prescription, the lenses were received within 2 weeks, which is a quick turnaround. The order was traceable through Canada Post, so I knew exactly when I would receive it. I will be ordering from Contact Lenses Canada again.

Fast and easy ordering process. However, not satisfied with Canada Post as their delivery notification showed they were delivered but actually were not. They were NOT dropped off in my mail box in the apartment building but in another tenant's mail box and I did not get them until someone actually looked at the address label and brought them to my suite the next day.

I purchased a 1-year supply of these lenses a year ago from Costco during a special promotion. I loved the lenses and the price. Your product is the identical set of lenses, and they only cost $4.00 more than what I paid last year. The wait time was about the same but a little shorter. Very satisfied.

Easy to checkout, site had my previous address and shipping information, but the Fast RE-ORDER section did not list any of my previous orders! I had to go back and find an old invoice to compare. Slightly inconvenient.

Also for some reason I didn't receive an email copy of my invoice this time?

Be great if you could get positive power prescription for Halloween contact lenses. If you did I'd order from you every year! Quick delivery!
However I haven't tried on the lenses yet to comment on the quality
