Quick and easy. Good price, lots of brands available and efficient shipping. However, it did happen twice in the past 4 years that a contact lens was deformed and was inusable. The expiry date was still a year ahead and boxes were stored as suggested.
Easy to purchase online, but not so great on communication (did not notify me that the lens type I wanted was not in stock and therefore could not be expedited quickly; if I'd known ahead of time, I would not have paid extra for fast shipping), nor are they good on delivery. I had to email support to ask for a refund on shipping since I'd paid extra for expedited, and out of the 25 dollars I paid for 1-2 day delivery, I only got 12 dollars back. I did not pursue to get the rest of my money back, and could not take advantage (nor was I offered) of free shipping on regular orders.
The products go to my mailbox, which is outside on the street. I did not realize that products were arrived. When I know the message, the contact froze because of the weather. It still ok to use, when ice disappear; but still feels no good.
The products are good and the website and quick reordering option is easy. Unfortunately I find the pricing is not as good as it used to be, with several websites offering the same prices and in some cases, lower pricing. It is only the fact that I know and trust your products that I keep coming back. One other thing that is a bit annoying is that every time I have placed an order, a few days after I have received it, I receive an email announcing a 'New Special' with free delivery or an extra discount. The timing is suspect and I am not going to order more, so it just irritates me.
I think it's great but all the added costs after ordering isn't cool. Lenses are cheaper but then you add the extra costs after. It would be cool to have it all upfront so no surprises. Add shipping, insurance, it adds up so makes me wonder how much cheaper you actually are.
Overall, I am pleased with the product and service. I checked out and had realized I could get 15% discount instead of the 10% I chose and they provided an additional $5 credit on my next order which is better than nothing. The thing we liked the most was that it said it would be on Dec 22nd and it arrived thaas day which is a big deal considering how remote we are.
I actually placed 2 orders the first had an error in the prescription - customer error but now I have 4 Lenses with a -2.0 instead of the -2.75 which I placed as a second order is there anything that can be done - hate wasting the 4 lenses.
The lowest prices. Shipping was quick over the holidays and there was a coupon code for boxing day 12.26% although i wish i waited for the new year one which was 18% because I don't need these contacts for another 2 months

I do have one question: I received two different boxes, from the same company. One was covered in a box sleeve. Is this normal? Everything seems to be fine, from what I see.
CLC is hands down the best online contact lens seller, from the ease of ordering to their absolute great prices, you can't beat them. I have never had a problem getting my contacts in a timely manner. All this is why every time I need contacts I just hit the reorder button. I have been using CLC for several years and I will never go back to the other service I was using. Thanks CLC!

I got log out a couple times when ordering / checkout, other than that, Accuve Oasys for astigmatism are not in stock, 3-5 more of processing... A little long when you need it in a rush... Could be better. But it was shipped using Xpress Post, shipping was faster than normal. Thanks
I don't have a particular problem with your service, but in my last order I had several lenses that were defective and I was unable to wear. One had a tear along the edge and another was almost square shaped and had a large wrinkle in the middle.
Initially, I was upset with the charge of my credit card more than the receipt showed. I contacted customer service and after a second notice of trying to contact them I was explained that I was charged higher due to currency exchange and my work PC IP address showing US rather than Canada which is where I love and work). I was refunded the difference. I will be shopping soon for my wife's contacts.
Quick reorder option was not available. Website is not optimize for smart phone (or could be better) when I click on the brand I want a false big red tad is telling me the box is at a super low cost of 37$ when in fact that prise is only if you buy 8.
So in resume, service not fully available, webside not plaisent to use and false advertising.
It wad my first order with contact lenses Canada so I was not familiar with their site. I used the wrong promo code so I emailed the company and told them and they credited my account with the correct promo right away. I was very happy with their quick response. And wil definitely recommend this them to orders.
Usually get great delivery time but paid for FedEx this time thinking it would be next day or two day delivery but it took three days instead. Not impressed with FedEx. But the order, as always, was right.
I first ordered my contacts at 1800 contacts...they goofed up and checked the wrong prescriber office for my prescription and suspended my order...to avoid the hassle of fixing their mistake I went straight to you and placed my order. And I saved roughly $40 in the process. The extra 2 or 3 days of waiting (1800C was going to rush shipping for free) was well worth it. I didn't expect the hold at customs, so my overnight delivery turned into a 4 day delivery, further causing me to have to mail the order to my kid that returned back to college in the interim. Had I known the total time for her to get the order would be a week, I would have sent them directly to her college address.
I previously had a bad batch of contacts. I was advised that I would need to contact the manufacturer. This defeats the purpose of the convenience of this service. If it happens again then this is my last time using this service. Since there is nothing your company is willing to do then there is no point of following up regarding my satisfaction.
Answer: Semi-legit? Is that a thing? If they don't mess anything up (3 complete orders before I had the horror of dealing with them) it appears fine. Shipping is slow. Just look at the negative reviews. They are correct. Any positive review are "got what I ordered". Well good. You should. That's a basic 2 out of 5 score. Doing the absolute bare minimum of what you are promising to do. Just avoid this company. Sooner or later you will have to deal with them.
Answer: It can take several attempts. They all have indian accents. Hard to understand. Never spoke to "kyle" (supervisor?) and never will. So not sure if you can understand him, or if it's his "english" name.
