I didn't appreciate the way you slipped in the mandatory "insurance" fee. I don't need insurance, and I don't want to pay for insurance. It's a pure scam.

Website kept stalling.
It was the second time that the lenses were backordered but I understand that the prescription is unique. I am happy they shipped a bit earlier than I was originally told.
Canada Post delivered my lenses to an empty flower pot. They certified that delivery had been made. They sat in the rain overnight. Then they recovered the box on Tuesday and dried it out. Delivery was made on Wednesday. The carton is a wreck but, happily, the lenses stayed dry and appear to be okay. I recommend that you find an alternate delivery solution. With such pathetic service, Canada Post is sure to be out of business in a year. And to think that they are planning to strike for more money!
