Was not friendly in speech or manner. Just hung up on me when he heard it was a small load. Jerk, will never contact this company again!

Archer and his crew helped me move, they were extremely fast, took care of my stuff and wrapped everything. Let me tell you they were ready to go to the new house in less than quoted time. I highly recommended.

We recently used Concorde Van Lines when moving to our new home and couldn't recommend them enough! He was so incredibly helpful from start to finish and made moving as stress free as possible. The moving men were so efficient on the day and moved us in record speed, despite snowy conditions - we couldn't have been happier. So glad we found this amazing and will definitely use it again.

I haven't use their services due to the arrogance and deception coming from the company reps. They provided me with quotation with really low price, which was suspicious. The move to be from storage units to a garage in a destination place. When I looked at the quote I saw they quoted the volume of 680 cubic ft. It was way lower than my items volume to be moved. I talked to about ten different movers and always stated 750 cf plus Harley motorcycle with additional 150 cf totaling of 900 cf. I spoke to Ryan who was showering me with messages regarding my move and indicated a wrong volume quoted. He startled to insult me with lies about me giving them 680 cf volume and not mentioning a motorcycle. He also implied I told them it will be 200 boxes, which was an absolute lie, since I didn't count them, I don't know how many and I'm sure it will be much less, because they are a large cartons. I am not an insane person and remember my volume estimate which I was giving to all movers I talked to. After realizing he is insulting me by implying statements I didn't make and with no prospect of getting to any resolution I concluded the call. He continued insulting me by text messages calling me a liar, when in fact he was the one doing this. He was an arrogant, rouge person in our phone call. I don't know what exactly happened to them, but the one suspicion could be they may do it to provide a bait estimation just to raise it up at the pick up point. I am not a good candidate to be a victim of such a manipulation. Are you?

Most professional team you will ever meet. I have worked with them on multiple projects and will continue to do so in the future. The entire team is dedicated to making even the biggest move look like the most simple and normal everyday job. The attention to detail is remarkable. If I could give this moving company 0 stars I would. The customer service may as well have been nonexistent because the representatives never stayed true to their word and were less than helpful. This company is a brokerage that hires another moving company to do the actual move, making the experience so chaotic. The broker who booked this for me was named Chris Jordan and told me that my furniture would be delivered the same day/the next day if it was too late. Upon pickup, I was told that it could take 21 business days to get my furniture. I was left without a place to stay for a week due to this major detail that they just so conveniently left out. Additionally, they changed my pickup day without telling me, so I had to change my travel accommodations last minute as they were not coming the day they originally told me they were. They do not accept personal checks like I was also told and they charge a 5% fee for credit cards which was also not disclosed to me. Most fraudulent moving company ever. Stay away if you know what's good for you!

The crew showed up early and got all of my stuff packed up safely and quickly. They were able to complete my move in the expected timeframe and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for an easy move.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and loaded in double quick time. It was a long distance move and we were completely unloaded and all items in place on the requested time. The guys were courteous and friendly and they packed a couple of delicate items very carefully. Everything made the move without any damages.

Concorde Van Lines was very good from start to finish. Booking and paying were simple and flexible. The actual moving team was fast, efficient, and friendly. We did not have a complicated move - just a few miles down the road. Nonetheless, they did everything well - rebuilt beds and tables and put all furniture where we wanted. Not unpacked everything yet but so far, so good.

I moved from MD to NY with Concorde Van Lines. They've been courteous and efficient. I really can't fault them. They never complain; they just get on with the job, no matter what you throw at them. You get a serious, high-standard moving service for a very reasonable price.

All of these positive reviews have got to be fake, perhaps by employees or friends. This company is absolutely criminal. Beware and do your homework. If the price seems good, you're probably being lured into a very common moving scam. They will give you a good quote with a money back guarantee, personalized customer service along the way. They'll take your deposit and you won't hear from them again. They are only a broker, when they send the Carrier (which is the company that owns the trucks) arrives, and informs you that it will be double what you were quoted. Concorde Van lines is a dishonest, sham of a company. They have a D- on BBB and they've only been in business under this name for less than a year. Once they get enough bad reviews they change their name. I can't warn you enough. Don't fall for it!
