Mike and his crew are the most effective and efficient crew I have ever worked with. He is truly impressive.

I contacted Concorde for my move. They estimated my stuff by cubic inches never coming out to look at it. Donnie McLaughlin took care of this so called move. He didn't bother to tell me it would be subbed out to Panther Moving Co. Donnie's so called estimate was 5,100. I forgot I had a washer dryer and small fridge to add on. It went up to 6100. So I sold them and called them back and it was still 6,100. Then Panther moving showed up. The cubic Concorde estimated was 916. The movers got there and it went up to 7,995. I had already rented a place it Pa. I was in Texas. So they packed it up and took off. After Panther moving company loaded then unloaded them loaded and again unloaded and loaded my stuff was over 3 weeks late from the time they told me it would be there. So the driver shows up and states he couldn't get it unloaded because his 2 helpers were not going to show up. So I had to get workers for him. They unloaded the truck and almost everything I had was destroyed. They even broke a Tupperware tot. Kitchen table with deep scratches and 3 out of 6 chairs broke. I mean broke beyond repair. I had a new TV stand still in the box with gouge marks on the front face. I was in a box from the factory mind you. So I called concord when Panther had risen the price and they said they would look at the bill of lading and take some money off the price they charged me. Still nothing and they state they still have not got the bill of lading. So this company is not the company to have anything ever moved. The lies both places told me make me sick. Now Concorde and panther told me to use my insurance I took out for the move. The insurance company makes it impossible to fill out the forms. They say yo take a picture of the marking labels when the driver did that and took them. You can't win with these pricks. Good luck if you use this place.

Please read the reviews from customers on the BBB website to understand how truly traumatizing working with this company is. Many others, like myself, have been scammed by this company and their wild contracts. They are allowed to (and will) charge 110% of your original quote, hold your items for weeks/months, and deliver items completely damaged with no insurance follow through. BEWARE!

They were great! Very friendly, quick, and professional. My apartment moved in three-hours. Much kudos to them! No damages to anything.

Fast/efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. We hired Concorde Van Lines for an inside move (within the same apartment complex), and they could finish the job within two hours! Highly recommend these guys.

I've done 3 long distance moves in the past and have never had an experience this horrific. Below are all the things that went wrong:

1) They doubled the price of the move on me day of after already loading up the truck. This is all despite the fact that i gave them an itemized list of all the things I'd be moving with standard measurements of objects (e.g. Queen sized bed, 3-seater couch).
2) They said they'd be putting my stuff into long term storage for me, but day of they showed up and said that wasn't available. I had to scramble, with movers there, to find an alternative solution.
3) They told me they would take a video of all my items for insurance purposes and offer me additional insurance options upon pickup. This never happened. After seeing them break the frame of a mirror, I asked about the additional insurance, and they said "this option isn't available for you."
4) Customer service has absolutely lovely people working for them but you'll have to call 5-6 times before they pick up and they don't respond to voicemails (email is a 50/50 shot). So if something goes wrong (like it did for me), don't expect any support. The sales contacts are extremely responsive, so don't be fooled when you're signing your contract into thinking it'll stay that way after you sign!
5) Because i had to find a separate long term storage facility, I'll have to pay for movers AGAIN when I eventually find an apartment. This effectively triples the initial price quoted to me in conjunction with the initial pickup doubling.

I'm actively trying to get reimbursed for a portion of the tripled-cost but have low hopes based on my experience thus far. I'll be sure to post an update if they make things right, but for the love of god based on my experience thus far please do not use Concorde Van Lines.

Keith and Mathew were excellent for our move today. Very efficient, friendly, and respectful. The move was made quickly from our two-bedroom apt to our duplex. Definitely would recommend everyone who needs an extra hand in their move. Very pleased with this company's service.

So the gentlemen were professional and on time they worked well together, no damage, and everything looked great. I would hire them again. Five stars!

Easy, quick, and friendly customer service. I had so many questions, and they replied swiftly. I had some extra bags on a moving day, and the drivers did not mind popping them differently in the van. The drivers were friendly and quick. Gave an excellent service. 100% satisfied. I would recommend them! Would use it again.

Quoted $6,9xx. 00 to move us and then when movers showed up they reduced the square footage to 1/2 the quoted space on truck and tried to more then double the cost to nearly $16k to move and when we refused to agree they ordered the truck to leave stranding our move and are trying to steal our $4k deposit that they refuse to return.

They are bait and switch business and their positive reviews are self created obviously.

Do not believe them or their quotes, we are suing them and reporting them to every agency that governs the industry. DO NOT TRUST THIS Company with your money of possessions. '' PLEASE HEAR OUR WARNINGS IN THESE REVIEWS & WARNINGS.

ALSO LOOKS LIKE THEY CHANGE THIER NAME OFTEN TO HIDE THEIR THEFT FROM TRUSTING PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME..

First of all, the crew came on time, even 20 minutes earlier, and I saw them waiting outside until I called them in. They were quick and very professional in packing my goods. Not a scratch. Well recommended!

This is an amazing company to work with. I will refer them to all! All our things were delivered safe and sound, and the moving staff were helpful and very courteous.

Fletcher and his team were amazing! They showed up on time and were very professional. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to move. Thanks again, guys!

Concorde Van Lines did such an outstanding job that I felt compelled to write a review. Miller provided stellar customer service, friendly and professional, extremely kind and responsive even on weekends. The movers who came to load the van as well as the driver were all equally incredibly nice and impressively efficient. Thanks for the fantastic work and experience!

We have used Concorde Van Lines for a move just recently and have found them fairly priced and responsive pre-move. On the day of the move they communicate clearly and turn up on time - the moving guys themselves are courteous and always have a 'can-do attitude. I will continue to use them for all our moving needs!

If you want to be taken advantage of and you want your beautiful items to show up broken and smashed with holes in your boxes and your wardrobe turned upside down then this is the company for you – – they take your money then they insist that they want more money or they leave your stuff on the sidewalk and then they don't take responsibility and they won't return your calls– – we dealt with Jason and Kate and eventually they sold or moved to someone name Ben – – no one ever showed up on time and they continue to use outside help – – it was a horrendous experience – – I hope this review helps you pick a better and more reputable company – – a picture is worth 1000 words. We're still waiting for a callback from Kate or Jason Powell.

Craig was great to video chat with you to determine a quote for our move. He was detailed and ensured we didn't miss anything to have surprises later. The packers were very friendly and good at packing. We were thrilled with the move.

I was really impressed with the Concorde Van Lines. Moving house is mega stressful, to say the least as I realized I had acquired so many things. The guys that arrived to help pack our items were friendly, decisive and upbeat. They had logical ideas - were professional, fast, and above all communicated very well. I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them either. Competitively priced amongst others too.
