Excellent team. They worked very hard and were friendly, reassuring, and very professional throughout. The move could not have gone any better, especially as they had to move us to two different venues over a period of two days. I would recommend them to anybody needing a moving firm. The firm provided excellent packing materials, ensuring no mishaps or breakages.

I used Concorde Van Lines for my move to MD. The move went smoothly as promised by their sales team. The price was as quoted. The packers were courteous and efficient. Very friendly. Shipment arrived one day earlier than promised. Will recommend and use them again.

This company was awful. We signed contract months ago. They were to pick up on a Saturday. Sunday evening still not there and no return phone calls. Finally cancelled them on Monday and had to make other arrangements.

We were more than impressed with the Concorde Van Lines work. We had the office library moved 2nd floors with 45+ bookshelves and books. The library move was both smooth and efficient. Gary and Jason were the 2 in charge of our move. I was so grateful that they were able to work around our schedule. They even came out last minute. Ran their team so well.

What an amazing experience! This place is very stunning! Workers went above and beyond the line of duty in their efforts to serve customers. To send large works of art, they came to my small store to wrap and pack them. It was a wonderful experience overall. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they also gave us some great business advise that would save us money and help our company grow in the years to come.

The crew was amazing! I highly recommend this crew. I wish they could relocate us whenever we are required to move. They are very organized and professional. They made "moving in" less stressful.

The Dream Team. On-time, professional, friendly, careful, organized, and great attitude. Kept the house in good order; the boxes were well marked, and barcodes were easy to understand. No guessing and no surprises. Leadership matters, and Ashton kept everything smooth.

Ricky and Tommy were the moving crew. These two gentlemen were very helpful and represented Concorde Van Lines to the highest degree. They made sure that we were satisfied and very cordial in their demeanor.

Concorde Van Lines were great. They were meticulous, efficient, careful, and respectful, & they worked fast! I used them in July as well with the same results. I would work with them again and refer them to my friends.

A great moving experience. Everything was well planned out by the coordinator early on, and when a small emergency required a change of plans, it was handled quickly and efficiently.

They did everything well and treated our items with the most excellent care. Jose made the quote process easy and transparent. He wasn't exaggerating when he said customer satisfaction was the most crucial thing for Concorde Van Lines. They were able to schedule the move exactly when we needed it. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will use them the next time I move.

I used Concorde Van Lines service for a downsizing move in NY -- packing everything, moving it a short distance, and setting things up. Christian and two other workers did a fantastic job. They packed all the items, were super careful and placed the stuff where we asked them. Recommended from my side!

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I spoke to a man named James for over an hour and went through the entire contents of my house that needed to be moved. He made me feel all warm and fuzzy about the move and told me that they overestimate so that there is no way that a mover shows up and we have to pay more their goal is for us to pay less. The mover, they sent us, showed up with no communication and immediately looked at our things and said this is going to cost you several thousand more. When all said and done, we had to leave many items behind and the truck that showed up was way too small for all of the items quoted by Concord. The customer service team atcord is worse than a joke and was no help from the awful day of the move or after. We have items we wont get back, items we have to personally go back and get and we still paid over 3k more than quoted. Please! Run, dont walk away from this scam/rip off company!

PRICE WILL DOUBLE- GAVE MEASUREMENTS AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS NEEDED TO BE MOVED- KATIE IS NOT WORTH YOUR BREATH IT TAKES TO SPEAK. I CAN TELL SHE HAS TO DEFEND HER WORKPLACE ALOT- TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE LEFT MY THINGS BEHIND. BUT I MOVED AND COULDNT LEAVE THINGS BEHIND. ALSO SAID NO ONE HEALD A GUN TO MY HEAD AND MADE ME DO THIS,. PRETTY PROFESSIONAL. SHE LIES AND NEVER CALLS BACK- TOLD ME SHE WOULD FIGURE OUT THE DIFFERENCE AND GET WITH SOMEBODY HIGHER TO HELP TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUE-WHEN I GOT NOWHERE SHE CLAIMED TO BE THE HIGHEST MANAGER. THEY BACK YOU IN A CORNER WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY MORE FOR THE MOVE- RIP OFF-SCAM

They say they record their calls so they should have our convo - called Concorde and got a service estimate setup through them - Jason was our rep and he put me on hold to talk with his driver at this desk to confirm the price of the move. We gave them specific dimensions of all our things and the amount of boxes and also let them know we'd need our stuff on 6/10 as we'd be staying in a hotel for 10 ish days. They said that's not problem to get our things delivered then since they would be holding our stuff.
We called back in to update what boxes we had and to also let them know there was possibly going to be more items than originally planned - they sent an updated service estimate and it barley rose the price and we felt confident and comfortable about not canceling in our 48-72 hour window as the bigger items we added only raised our price by like 50-70 dollars which was very doable.

On the day of the move a completely different company showed up that didn't know Jason - Jason told us he spoke directly with his driver to confirm the contract and price since it was a little bit on the lower end but they wanted to get us a deal. Our price went from a total of 1900 to almost 3300 and we were told we'd have to pay some 2200 for them to do the pickup. The moving company that came out said Concorde LIED about what they said to us which is caught on the video. This happened on memorial day so I was not able to get in touch with jason or customer service when I called to see what was up and jason was not helpful at all as you can see in the text. Our bank said if we want our deposit back we'd have to take them to small claims court as they told us it would be considered fraud but they cannot help as it was an electronic check.

The transporting of my items was relatively easy to rearrange. The staff that came far exceeded my expectations for care, speed and courtesy. I had no problems from start to finish which is a relief. Nowadays, I would use them again without hesitation.

These guys are AMAZING! We lived in our house for nine years and had SO much stuff. We had everything packed (well, mostly). Die the whole move loading and unloading in a little over 1 hours. Less than their estimated time. They even moved things when I had them in the wrong room. They moved it carefully. Wrapped my furniture well. Everything looks good (so far). Highly recommend using them!

It was 101 degrees with matching humidity, and these guys were hauling! Very impressed with their work ethic and effort. I would recommend them to anyone. The value is excellent. They have ideal moving equipment, and I felt they took the care necessary to ensure our furniture made it unharmed. Well done!

Driver and team were very professional. They ensured the delivery experience was a positive one and took extra effort to ensure our goods were properly handled.
