I was satisfied with my overall experience with compressionsports.com so far. Unfortunately I must return the item I purchased so I will see how that goes
I placed my order August 30. I waited 3 weeks until I received them. When I called after 2weeks they said they were on back order. I did not receive an email or any notification of this back order. I cancelled my order. They said it was too late and wouldn't pay the return postage.
Okay! The customer service person advised me after you charged my credit card that the item was backordered and didn't know when it was coming in. I asked him why would you charge my card and not have the item in stock and didn't it show on the website that it wasn't in stock. The person could not answer my question.
The delivery was terrible. I received a confirmation on the 19th confirming order and saying product was ready to ship and then another e-mail on the 25th with a shipping notification. I paid extra for faster shipping but the order sat for 4 work days before shipping.
I placed my order on 10/04/14 and paid extra for 2-4 day shipping. It took 10 days to receive my order. I called on the 13th and left a voice mail and never got a returned call. On the 14th before receiving my package, I called customer service. I was told there was a back order, thus the delay. I requested a refund for my speedy shipping, which I did not receive and was told I would not be refunded but could send an email to customer service. I sent an email and have yet to get a response. NOT HAPPY with the service. Very happy with the product and price.
Be sure to measure correctly due to swelling which may change the size needed. Makes walking on hard surfaces easier. Will definitely reorder this product.
Just received my package. Haven't had a chance to wear them yet, but tried them on and they felt great. The only issue I have is that it took a long time from when I placed my order until it shipped.
Site easy to navigate, had product I wanted at a good price. What more could one ask for? Primary use: protect elbows during inline skating, perfect for the activity.
Bought leg sleeves, enjoy them very much, but not summer is coming wanted something just for my ankles! Found it, how they work as well as the leg sleeves
Website was flakey. Was difficult to complete transaction. Product arrived in fine condition. It was not exactly what I expected, but functions well for a couple of hours.
It been more then 4 days i contacted the service because i have a problem with my product, but nobody answer me... and not yet!...

I had an issue with the delivery but that could be due to the parcel having to clear customs. I ordered it April 24 and received it May 8.
One of the products had an issue and I am having to exchange it for another item. The band at the thigh is narrow and tight which digs into my Mother's leg leaving a deep imprint. As it is to help with varicose veins that type of band is extremely uncomfortable. I haven't heard anything for a return number but hopefully it comes soon.
I spoke with Trevor who was polite and helpful. While filling out the return info my tablet kept causing me to open the live chat which I felt bad about.
The other item, thigh high toeless compression stockings are great. My mother found them very comfortable and is quite pleased. If only they made a stocking similar to the sleeve we ordered as with summer coming it could be a bit warm to have the extra coverage.

I initially had some problems with signing in but realized I had to give it some time to process my password change. After that everything went very smoothly.
It was smooth easy and visually appealing. I received a medium knee pad, but needed a large. I have since reordered a large. It was through no fault of your own and I'm satisfied the whole procedure.
I had a little difficult time seeing the color options on my IPad.
The order took longer than expected. The medium size fit is too snugg on me. I worry about it cutting off my circulation.

Although I have not tried my purchase yet, I am sure the McDavid product will be of the best quality. The shipping/processing of the order was a bit slow. My hip injury actually has healed.
I'm fairly happy with the purchase. The site was easy and clear to navigate and I easily found the product I needed. Clear break down of shipping and item costs, also ships to Canada! Although I didn't realize the prices were in USD, so they were a little more expensive than I thought they would be. However the products appear to be good quality thus far (I purchased the MCDAVID Level 1 shoulder Wrap - 463R in a size small and the MCDAVID Thermal Shoulder Wrap w/ hot-cold gel packs - 207) and does what it's advertised to do. Will require some more use for a more in depth opinion on them. Both items fit quite well (I'm female, with a chest of about 32" and arms around 10"). The shipping time was okay, received it in about 10-11 business days. Items were mailed to me in a white poly bag and by the time i received it was wrapped up in a plastic bag by Canada post that said "Sorry your item was damaged [...etc.]." The bag the items were mailed in were ripped in a few places but the items didn't appear to be damaged or missing.
