I love the knee brace but need to return it

I love the knee brace but need to return it. Even after measuring with a tape around my knee as instructed, the brace is so tight that I can't wear it. I threw out my receipt and shipping info. As I was so excited about it's arrival. Is it too late to return it and to were should I send it?

Ordering was quick, easy, and the prices were great. Order received in just over a week coming into Canada. The product was of excellent condition and arrived without any damage. These McDavid compression sleves fit perfectly and functions even better.

Overall a great experience

Overall a great experience.
I was not sure that this 'device' will suit my purpose, but the cost is small enough that I am willing to try.
Upon receipt, as suspected the brace isn't quite what I need (but I sorta knew that going in). However, it fulfills enough of my need that I will be keeping it and using it for 'special' occasions where my "big" brace is cumbersome and ugly. This is smaller, more discreet.

We ordered these online, but my mother chose the wrong size. In reviewing the order, she realized what she did and phoned the customer service line. My mother left a message about her error and the next day she got an email advising her of the fixed order. Really good customer service and I love my purchase.

I received my compression sleeve fairly quickly. Unfortunately it was the wrong size so now I can return it for a refund (I found something similar locally). I will need to exchange it for something that I don't particularly need at this time.

It took about 2 weeks to get my order. I used the chat thing, then called the next day. I was on hold Forever and finally hung up. I finally received my order on 3/6/15. I like what I bought but shipping was way to slow.

I ordered a compression sleeve, long length. The one I received was, standard length (as listed on the box and the sleeve itself) although the paperwork included said it was Long. It's not terribly important to me so I kept it. The size and compression were correct and the shipping was fast.

They charge your card then don't ship the item. You have to keep asking them where the item is to which they reply with "shipping shortly" "shipping sometime this week"... I purchase items all the time online and this is truly the worst experience I've ever had. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING - EVEN IF THE PRODUCT APPEARS CHEAPER! Horrible horrible horrible company.

After calling a # of times and getting no answers I called Visa to hold payment, the product is not marked with the size only the container is marked, I ordered a large that is to fit 36 to 52 waist I have a 50" waist and the item I rec. Is about 10 to 12" short, the belt is 42" long not even close to fitting, so please get back to me asap.

Ordered compression sleeve on 3-12-2016 and paid extra $9.95 "Express Saver" shipping in hopes of getting it sooner. Never saw any updates to the order when I checked their website. Finally, after it didn't ship in 4 days, I ask for a update via online chat and was told the item was on backorder and would ship next week. Next called customer service and waited on the line 30+ min with no answer. On 3/16 I go to online chat and they said it would ship next week some time. I said I had requested it be cancelled and was then told it would ship today and they could not cancel the order. Also on 3/16 I have waited on a call to customer service for 15+ min with no answer.

Spoke with online support chat rep about 11:00 am on 3/17. Rep first said item would ship some time next week. I said I want to cancel the order, her response was she couldn't cancel the order because it was shipping today (3/17). Went from next week to today in less than 5 min.

Later I called their customer service and after being on hold 12 min, Arm*** answered. He stated shipment would be next week, on backorder, I then requested it be cancelled. Armondo stated he would issue cancel order request at 11:21 am on 3/17.

At 1:38 PM on 3/17 I get a email from Compression Sports that my order had shipped and should arrive 3/22 via what appears to be standard UPS shipping, even though I paid $9.95 for express shipping. Shipping is from another company even, some Medical Supply?

I do not trust this company.

The product was too small, so I called to receive return instructions. Twice I was on hold for 15 plus minutes, listening to the worst song or whatever, and then hit " 0 ", left my name and number for a return call. That I believe was on Aug 30. I've yet to hear from anybody. So, I'm not interested in hearing from Compression Sport again.

Shopping was easy

Shopping was easy. It will only be a real success if the products are good when they arrive. The sizing if off. The site has sizing charts that have a crossover. 34" waist is listed in M and also in L. The products are useless to me but the cost of exchanging makes the option not worth while. Beter to just shop at a store where items can br tried on even when more expensive.

The product has to be returned because it does not work for me. I ordered the largest size available, but it will not stay in place. I am skeptical about an exchange, but am told that all sales are final and an exchange or store credit is my only option. I did not see "all sales are final and non refundable" when I placed the order. If, I had seen it, I would not have ordered the product. My satisfaction is just as important to me as your product sales are to you. I would prefer a refund, but if that's not going to happen, then I am dissatisfied!

At the time, the account server was down and I was not able to log in to track my shipment. It became a little concerning specially that my money was withdrawn from my account and the website didn't know me from jump. I made a phone call but after deep searching, found that the order was placed and ready to be shipped. I was then pleased.

The on-line shopping experience was great

The on-line shopping experience was great. My disappointment was the item was "in-stock" yet didn't ship for over a week. Once shipped the USPS tracking system was not helpful in following the delivery timeline. Overall it took almost 3 weeks to arrive.

I placed my order on a Tuesday

I placed my order on a Tuesday. On Friday, I called and the order had not even been processed or released to ship. I then placed the same order with Amazon. I received my product from Amazon on Sunday, two days later. Probably due to my action, I did receive my order from you on Monday (which was unexpected) but in today's fast world that is not acceptable. I should not have had to go online and then email with a customer rep. Unless you have a unique product that I am not in a hurry to receive, I will not be using your website again.

Order took forever to get here

Order took forever to get here. And then, the product was the wrong size! My daughter leaves for college in 3 days and requires this product to start playing varsity tennis again after experiencing tendonitis of her elbow. So, there's no time to return the product and wait for the correct size to be sent. She needs something right now. Told the unprofessional customer service rep that I will be forced to buy something over-the-counter and will be sending the product back. He told me I would be charged a restocking fee! Really? It's a $12.99 product and it was their mistake! The right thing to do is to overnight the correct size product and not inconveniencing me about sending back the wrong one. It's a measly nylon/spandex arm sleeve! I hope everyone sees this and boycotts this site. I'm in sales too and we do everything to work with our customers and make things right. This company does not. Buyer beware if something is wrong with your order!

Disappointed with the overall service

Disappointed with the overall service. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing about my order I asked the on-line help for an update and received no response. Then I sent an email to customer service and received no response. Finally I called the company and was told my item was backordered, which was not indicated when I placed the order. They said the item would ship the next day (what a coincidence) but I didn't get a shipping notice until a week later. The product finally did arrive about a month after placing the order. The product itself is very nice but because of the service (or lack thereof) I will not order from them again.

Clearer info from those on the chat would have been better. Was originally told the item would be shipped on a Monday and then on the monday im told its on backorder and it would be another week. Otherwise happy with the products
