I am being offered a 30% discount, advertised in an email received today, Sept. 29,2018. I have no way of applying this discount, and I would like to receive it. I tried "Live Chat" - first I was advised to leave a message, but then that box disappeared. Then I call your "800" number and learned you are closed on Saturday, and there was no way to leave a message.

I add to this comment that I still feel that your advertising of 30% off is misleading - that I assumed that was 30% off the price listed on your web page. You need to make this clearer. I had no idea what "MSRP" means - and I still feel that 30% off "sale" for which you sent me a sale notice by email implied 30% off the price on your web site.

I ordered a hernia support bi lateral for my father. Not only did they send me the wrong product but the product they sold had 1 snap on it. It did not snap ever. I attempted to get our $$$ back after 7 days and they have taken roughly 3 days of my time at this point of non stop holding on the phone dealing with an evasive Customer Support Manager named Mellissa Bright. She said she would send it back to the manufacturer for me and they will give me a replacement. I told her I was going to review her. This is for my father a veteran and a Great man, he did not deserve this. We do not deserve this treatment. Whoever is reading this, you do not deserve how you are about to be treated by this company. This is a scam
