HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! I placed an order on 10/17/18 and paid for Next Day Air so should have received it on Friday. It didn't come, so attempted to contact on Sat 10/21/18 only to find out they have no customer services on Sat despite the web site stating the hours are 10 - 3. I tried the Live Chat - told them the issue and the order #, got a "let me look at the order" response, then waited for 45' and never received another response. Called today 4 times - placed on hold for 30' each time, I hung up 2 times and they hung up on me 1 time before I ever got to talk to someone - when I finally did get someone, she was rude, unprofessional and accused me of not listening to her. Never once did she apologize for the delay in shipping, just "it was the manufacturer and we can't control that". I informed her that I didn't order direct from the manufacturer, I ordered from Compressionsale.com website. She couldn't/wouldn't answer my question about why I never received and email from them informing me of the delayed shipping and she finally just hung up on me.
After doing some research, this company has an "F" rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) because of these same issues. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY (AL and PO Corporation) EVER!
