I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this site. Look at their return policy and you'll see why. They make it not worth your time to return it.

Examples:
No refund to credit cards, in store credit only.

If you try it on you get in store credit only ( how else are you suppose to see if it fits comfortably)

25% order processing charges will be deducted from refund. ( not to mention that the box I received had already been opened. So I'll assume that it had been tried on before)

I'm my opinion this is just bad business!

I need a petite size, and I am very slender, one calf is slightly thinner than the other, so I find the knee highs a little too long, and one leg starts sliding down after a while. It probably will not be a problem for others. This is the reason for giving it 4 stars.

If I could give negative stars I would do so. This place is a fraudulent company. They provide inaccurate advice via the phone and ship products that do not match the website information. Their employees are rude and disrespectful. They claim there is no manager that works via the phone or they claim that they are "one of the managers" depending on the day you call. They also claim you cannot talk to customer service on the phone, only via email. The emails are not returned and issues are not resolved. They only take your money. Be warned, do not order from this company!

I am very disappointed in these. I bought the same ones before and they were fine but these 2 prs do not stay up. I also would have preferred the natural color. I think I will try other brands and see if I like them better

Packaged was damaged and also the product was not what I expected as the socks roll down and don't hold plus they are not compression socks which I thought you shipped. Not happy with the quality and the type of socks as indicated on your website.

Please advice,

I really appreciate not just the quality of these products, but the way they are delivered in a timely manner.

These thigh-highs are a little "tighter-stronger compression"' than others I've had with same numbers.

There are many issues with the company:

(1) made order cancelation very difficult even I tried to cancel before shipping, was denied.

(2) price on Amazon for S/M was $25 but your price was $25 - too expensive.

(3) web site size marked S/M - but tooooo loose

Not using and trying to figure out to return.

I placed an order for Jobst Relief Closed Toe Pantyhose. I was contacted by the store that my product was back ordered. They asked me whether I wanted to wait or receive a different product of better quality and more expensive without any price change. I needed the hose as soon as possible, so the store sent me a different product. The new product was great! The person who contacted me was very professional and friendly. I liked this store so much that I have already placed another order.

I purchased the brace ($170) and tried it on for 10 minutes, and it wasn't comfortable. I requested a return, and they want to issue a store credit; how absurd!

I want to return this item, I still looking for a corection size...( because it Won fit), I need a different one

I'm glad I found this company! There site is easy to use and the pictures help you see what you want to order. I like that there is no additional charges - no shipping and handling. The product is very nice and the size is right on. Will order again.
