My order was easy to make as I wanted the same as my last order. The order came in just a few days

Felt disappointed due to delivery experience paid 45 dollars for nothing

I got my order quickly, but trying to return a couple of things is really inconvenient.

I have had a broken left ankle that swells without compression socks. I have tried several hose but best one seems to be Jobst Relief 30-40. I have several pair of Jobst Ambition and plan to send back for credit or exchange for Relief if they continue to take care of the lymphedema or ankle swelling.

Well I just want to say that its been 13 days since i place my order. I took more than 6 days for my order to get shipped when I pay almost $40 for 4 to 7 days shipping and to this day we haven't received so much for paying extra.

My experience in ordering & receiving as ordered was good. I ordered the wrong compression strength & have tried to contact you to return as advised. I sent this message on 1/10/23. Today is the 14th and I feel you are waiting long enough so you can charge a restocking fee. I need a 15 to 20 compression strength, everything else the same & return the ones I purchased. My order # is *******

I ordered compression stocking in November and already one pair of taupe are falling down on my leg. I need to have compression because I am a patient of a Circulatory group and consistently getting injections and requiring me to wear compression stockings

I have been seeking approval to return two pairs of Sigvaris Shorts for over five days, completing the form, sending four emails, speaking to one customer service representative, sending another email, and I'm still trying to return the shorts.

Not received my order which was paid for as yet,. Customers service sucks as no help but was told to find your own package thru USPS which is still not received / resolvded as of today's date.

It was very difficult to deal with your website I got no answers and no help.

The socks are excellent at minimizing swelling in my feet and ankles. The only drawback is that they lose their compression over time, even with washing in gentle soap.
