Unfortunately I ordered the wrong compression stockings. I ordered (by mistake) the thigh high without the silicon band. Since I even wear my stockings when I do my daily walk ( 2 - 3 miles), they keep slipping down unlike the ones with the silicon band. Since they were on sale, I could not return them.
Very fast free shipping. These compression hose are very comfortable and fairly easy on and off.
Delivery was great as well as the socks. Will probably order again.

Have a hard time finding light stockings I can work with
I needed help with a return issue. I called and could not reach anyone in returns. I then tried sales, customer service and chat, no help. I posted a review and someone from customer service emailed me. I was able to communicate my problem and I hope it can now be resolved.

I bought it for my mom. It arrived on time, but I think the size is not right. She had a hard time putting it on and I don't think she will use it again.
From the ordering process to the actual delivery everything was easy and simple.
My experience was great with the purchase. I haven't called yet, but the first time I put them on, I poked a hole in them. I wore gloves and did everything properly. I'm sure this isn't supposed to happen the first time. I have since ordered knee high compression socks, but will be calling about a refund or returning the thigh highs.

I didn't realize the socks I ordered weren't thigh high or closed toe. That could've been clearer on the page. I can't use any other type of compression sock. I will continue to shop at compressionsale.com.
Ordering thru the website was easy, prices were good. The sizes were good,. The shades were not exactly what I wanted, but they will be ok. Let me explain in the color category everyone is not light beige or beige, of course black is universal for everyone. How about Tan,Suntan to get those colors, I have to order from my local vender which is a lot more expensive. Can you help with that. I will continue to order thru the website.
I have worn a JOBST Compression sleeve every day for the past 30+ years. I decided to try the socks and was very disappointed. And once tried on they are non-returnable for a refund only store credit. You need to try on to see if they work. I did and when trying to return them saw the restrictions. They are too thin with very little compression. And why would I want a store credit for a product I can't use?
Ordering was easing and shipping was fast. Very satisfied.
