Very happy with the brace. Will order again.
Don't like having to comment more than necessary. 50 characters is to much.

The company insists I write a review even though I just received the socks. They seem quite comfortable and I like the gentle pressure all along the leg instead of strong pressure around foot and ankle other socks give. I'll write another review after I've had more experience with the socks.

When I originally placed my order I ordered the wrong size I used your live chat explained to the person what I did. She said no problem I can fix that and she did. I received my order it was complete and the correct size and color. Thanks

I am pleased with my purchase, someone helped me find 8 - 15 light compression that I was looking for.

Doesn't work for me. An expensive mistake. I ordered XL but it will not go over the heel of my husband's foot. He has dementia and doesn't understand instructions like "point your toe".

Socks good compression and fit. Able to get on with one usable hand, but with firm compression. We tried others but to firm, or hard to get on.

The experience was fine, but this brace does not work for me. I need a more solid sturdier brace. I thought money wise this one would work for me. I will have to go to the actual brace company & have a mold made again for my drop foot. The ones I have now lasted 11 years, but are on their last of repairing. I am waiting now for instructions as to how to return this brace. Thank you.

The Juzo compression stockings did not have a silicon band at the top so they do not stay up. I did not know that thigh highs would come without a silicon band. I have bought multiple pairs and never had one without the silicon. These are not cheap and I did not realize they were nonrefundable. I learned my lesson to not buy without doing my research. They shipped relatively quickly so I guess that is a positive.

Purchasing & receiving item was no problem. Item did not fit - waiting for return instructions.

I have trouble with close toe socks. They press against my toes and hurt.

I am 5'10" and weigh 200 lbs. and the extra tall did not fit as the crotch hung too low. The queen plus fit better.

Training and understanding of the product was lacking. Product itself could've had a wider choice of range in size, color, size in toe less
Or not, a chart that was readable for someone that doesn't even know what they're doing when they order. Explanation between the CC, CB, LD, S, M, L, XL, LFC, XLFC, etc. disappointing and every aspect

The box the product came in was in really bad shape. The product seemed okay though.

Substituted a pair with less compression, because the short length I ordered was not available in the 20-30 compression, without telling me in advance and now I have to pay shpg costs on their decision, and I'm sure I will be charged shpg on the exchanged pair they're sending back. I will be looking for a new supplier!

The socks were too long for me. I had to turn them over the top and play poker and should be on my toes. I am five to wear 135. I ordered to small.

Customer service very helpful finding exactly what I wanted. And delivery was quick. Love my product

Received my order in just a few days. I Thought it would take longer.
