I'm not pleased that I need to wear compression stockings but since I do, I AM pleased to have found Compression Sale. Their service is quick and reliable and the emails I've gotten from them show that they actually care. I highly recommend them!
I have several sets of thigh-high closed toe stockings at this point and noticed a run, so in looking to replace I found some on-line here. Have not tried yet, have used the glue that I bought and it's SOOOO much more than the prior 'trick' of elmers 'purple' stick paste.
Great product, fast shipping, cost a little more but worth it. Hose last a long time with proper care. Even both of my daughters wear them now.
In a word, frustrating. I came upon you guys last year ('24) when my former source, UW Health's Health Care Direct, flamed out. You had what I wanted, the price was excellent and they were in stock. So, bought 3 pair (my annual consumption0.2025 rolled around; time to buy 3 more pair. But, I couldn't find them on your website. They are Sigvaris Dynaven open-toed socks, labeled unisex, SKU of 972CML099, in black. Could not find them on your website - not in unisex, not in men's, so I started looking in Dynaven for women - and finally spotted the SKU. They are now women's socks, evidently. So, I ordered a single pair (to limit my risk); they came today; and they are identical to the ones I bought in 2024 (and, labeled "unisex"). So, I will now order 2 more pair. But, your system made this year's purchase, which should have been a piece of cake, into a pain in the $#*!. Inertia means that I will stick with you guys as long as you have these stockings, but I should not be confused with a loyal customer.
Everything was great except I did not anticipate that the socks would be sooo thick...more like great quality "winter" socks...very nice & soft for winter. If u have something thiner...more like a summer weight, I'd buy 4 more pairs! Please advise. Thank you.
I was looking for white compression stockings. When ordering, there was no size chart, so I ordered one small and one medium 15-20mmhg to try. I am female,measured properly, The medium came first. It was too long,, and impossible to get on. I have other brand stockings.and no trouble putting them on.
My order was quite delayed very difficult to see where it is at having to download another app on my phone, which I would not do and so this method of tracking in order that you haven't received and we're expected to receive within 3 to 5 days was very difficult I was able to get in touch with customer support and that person was wonderful replying back expediting my delivery, which came within two days of me, speaking to them they deserve a kudos. The rest of the experience was not so good.
I ordered three different brands of pantyhose: Truform (black), Second Skin (beige), and ReliefWear (beige) so that I could compare them. What I received was two pairs of Truform in beige and one in black.
I waited forever for my order. Website says 99% of items ship same day. After a couple weeks I called to have them locate my order. "It's backordered". I would have expected them to tell me that upfront. Funny they charge your credit card immediately but leave you hang. My order suddenly appeared a couple days after I called. The website also said they would contact me when the order shipped. They never did. I do not recommend this business. Amazon is much quicker, no headaches, same product. You have to jump thru hoops of a third party site to get shipping info. Not doing that. This business should be able to supply a link to the shipper they use. Just not professional nor efficient.
The customer service rep told me that, if I paid for one day air shipping (over $44.00), I would receive the product the next day. I placed the order and paid that fee. I did not receive it for four days. The company has not responded to providing a refund of that fee. The delay in receiving the product impacted my surgical recovery. I am very disappointed with the customer service.
I ordered cohesive tape wrap, I received Ace bandages with metal clips. This was not what was on the website pictured. This will not work for the intended purpose.
Even with a sock helper there is no way the sock will fit my leg and barely gets over my foot. No, I'm not asking for a refund. I am house bound, don't drive so can't get to the post office to return them. They are in the trash.
All went well. I already confirmed the arrival of the product and received a message back. So, why do you ask me again.
66% cotton 15-20 mmHg has surprisingly good compression. Relaxed fit at the knee. Does require mobility & patience to put these on over my arthritic toes. Once they get over the heel, it's easy. Followed instructions to fold the garment in half over the heel makes it easier. Have wore other sigvaris compression socks that are too uncomfortable in hot, humid climates like Florida. Will test them soon in South America summer as well as their durability.
Easy website to navigate; follow up was initiated by the company; would re-order from this company as compression hose are top quality

The stockings arrived on time and in very good condition. I love the weave of these stockings and have been buying them for years. I have very few runs, the stockings wear very well and most last a long time.
