This is the second time I ordered a ribbed jobst compression sock and I received a sheer compression sock. The first time, I figured I could use it. The second time, I'm returning them as we speak. I tried to exchange it and realized out of roughly $42 that was my initial order, I would receive ~$35 if I chose to get my money back. I opted for buying another pair of socks, different. It was ~$40 when the initial ones had been ~$21 each.
I was surprised because I've been ordering from CompressionSale for more than 10 years now, and I usually don't have any issues and I'm happy with the products.
I am still waiting for items ordered 17 days ago and I have yet to receive a response to my inquiries. This is frustrating. Past deliveries have been much faster. This last order gets a 1 to 2 star rating, whereas previous order delivery speeds rate 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Product quality has always been good. Average rating: 3 stars.

These are good socks and I love the open toe. However, they leave a weak red line above my calf. Does this mean that they are too small? Also, the provided aid for putting on these socks failed to work with my big wide feet.

My order was made on 11/20/2024 and as of 12/5/2024 I still do not have my order, I keep getting a run around about its in shipping and my money can't be refunded this has gone on long enough, my advice don't use this company if you can avoid it!
I received a call that one of the colors I ordered was no longer available. I was presented with options, chose the best for me, and they followed through quickly, efficiently, and politely. My compression gauntlets arrived very soon afterwards.

Wish you made a pair with the second toe spot longer than the big toe. My second toe is longer and the pressure hurts. On one pair I cur a hole but that hurt too. Any advice.?

No problem ordering on line. I watched the video and the Donner looked like something that would help me with getting my compression socks on more easily. (It has helped me.)

I was hesitant to purchase an item that was " in stock" as I had been told it was on backorder from someone else. I took a chance and after two days realized I had not received an email it had been shipped, so assumed I would not receive it in the needed timeframe. Customer service was very responsive and sent me the tracking information. I received the item within the 3-6 day shipping period.
I went looking for a Velcro extender for my back harness. This fills the bill!
AS of today 12/29/2024 I have not received my order yet. If you are not sending it I would like a complete refund. I ordered them on doctors advice and still have not received them.
