I tried calling to place my order, as I had one question: What is your return policy, if any. You are NOT open on Sundays. Yet, your "Live Chat" button is there? You confuse customers. Not everyone can type accurately and fast to do a "Live Chat".

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not do any business with them. They send the wrong items, do not take any ownership for it, make it impossible to return and exchange the items for the right ones, are rude, abusive and unhelpful. They make the exchange process so elaborate, requiring layers and layers of information and never responding. It's is impossible. I will have to just eat the $130 and get my socks elsewhere. Do yourself a huge favor and do not give them your business.
I am absolute NOT EVER going to recommend this company to ANYONE. I am an acute care medical professional myself ( of 30 years)... TERRIBLE company
