I've received a product that has been already open maybe even used. Getting a refund is impossible only store credit or exchange. Don't bother calling for a refund all you get is answering service and no help.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered compression stockings for $51.52 per pair, then checked with local Jobst store, and found the price to be $35 per pair - a 51% difference! When I called "customer service" for CompressionSale.com the representative was rude and unprofessional. I was told I could not return for refund (seems that the policy is "in store" credit only). They told me the price is set by the manufacturer, which I believe to be a total lie. How can a small privately owned store sell for $35 and an on-line store be charging 51% more for the same product, and then blame it on the manufacturer setting the price.
This is the first time I have ever had such issues with ordering from other on-line companies. I will never, never do business with CompressionSale.com and strongly suggest that no one else do so either.

Wa-a-ay overpriced. THis compression stocking deal is a big hoax but their return charge of 15% plus a ridiculous postage fee makes it not worth returning. What a mistake to order online.
