It was a major disappointment for my mom.
I had a good experience on the whole. I had to order an extra pair of stockings, however, to get free shipping. It had seemed at first that free shipping was offered for whatever one paid, but at the end the vendor wanted a $45 order to qualify for that.
If you meet the strict guidelines of their policy you can get an RMA to return your purchase but you may only get either store credit or exchange, no refund is available.
And even if you pay for the shipping,( how else are you going to get it there?), they still charge a shipping fee! It's our policy sir.
Go elsewhere.
Ordered pair of knee highs based on sizing guidelines on web site. When item arrived I noted box referenced shoe size! No mention of that on web site. Of course the size I ordered is too small. Spoke with sullen customer service rep to no avail. Unable to waive restocking charge. Never again!

After recieving the wrong size of what was ordered, and after 3 weeks of back and forth emails answering 1 question at a time. I was told to send a picture showing the box.
I sent the stupid picture and them Ms Bright said now send a picture of the bottom of the box. This company has a horrible way of attempting to exchange an item. It was not even a refund. Beware, If something is not right with your order and you attempt to fix it. You better be on meds. You will want to hit someone if not.
I find compresssionsale.com a very good website. It is easy to use and has what I want.

It was nice - I had an online chat with a nice person Victoria and she clarified the problem of 'color' of the compression stockings I was having. It showed a light sheer pair in picture but when it said 'Available Colors' they were as dark as a cup of coffee. She assured me they would be light, beige in color and sheer.
