Update: Since writing this review our profile was fixed and information updated. So make sure you reach out to them to clear everything up. Our company has a "profile" on this terrible website. It collects random information from different sources without following up on them or checking the information. In our case the " complaint " was taken from our BBB page. We resolved the complaint long time ago, but they wouldn't update it on their website. Websites like this should be banned since they are hurtful to businesses/consumers. If you run a complaints website, make sure to check your information. Not just still it from other websites.

After five attempts to provide detailed review information of a complaint (without bashing the subject company) I keep getting the same reply from ComplaintBoard that my review is incomplete, without clarity of missing information. I followed their guidelines. I'm done with this group. Save your energy. Not worth spending a minute it with this site/group.

Complaints board's complaints are always useful as well as the website itself, especially if you want to see the reputation of a company and what other people say. It's also clear what company cares and what doesn't; just judging by how often they answer, how many unresolved or resolved complaints they have and what they offer to resolve an issue. It's like a litmus test and is definitely reliable. I trust them.

According to statistics, more than 90% of customers use review websites before making decisions to purchase something. These are my personal recommendations. Never ignore what customers say.
My first website to check if there're any complaints about a certain company is complaintsboard. I recommend you to always do the same, especially if you're gonna spend a lot. Check what other people complain about and check if a company tries to resolve their issues. If yes then there's nothing to worry about, if no, then no one guarantees you won't be one of those complainants.
I guess it's their solid position, but actually lack of positive reviews makes this website trustworthy to me as they reflect the real situation and how a company treats their clients.
People rarely write reviews when they are happy. There's nothing to talk about if everything is perfect.
But if a company screws up, we usually do everything to let everyone know about it. And it's the company that should improve this situation and resolve your problem by any means. Not you.
So I really think that websites like complaintsboard are useful and should exist to avoid misunderstanding, fraud and deception. Those complaints can become a really important part of your shopping experience.

I am here to tell you one story how complaintsboard.com has helped me with my trouble. Usually I leave reviews everywhere I can, especially if I am angry and want to get some justice. The only thing I want as a customer is to make a company notice my complaint and it works, by the way. Moreover, I use this compny's internal messaging system, online forms, emails and phone numbers. You know what? It doesn't help at all. Only a negative review can make them do something. Ok, since this review is about complaints board, I won't tell you what company it was. Ok, I will give you a hint. It's a big travel agency (starts with "T"). The problem was that I cancelled my flight and wanted to get a 100% refund (according to terms & conditions I had a right to ask for refund), but no one cared. How many days do you think I tried to start a conversation with their representatives? Ten! They were pretending my problem didn't exist. I completely understand they have other customers as well, but why did I have to wait for so long? Ok, let's get to the point. I was sick and tired of this situation and left reviews on 3 different websites including Complaints board. And then the miracle has happened! I received an official reply from this company as they have a business account on complaints board. They asked for details and I received a refund within 24 hours. Isn't that fantastic? I will surely leave a negative review about this company for treating their customers this way, but I have no doubt that complaints board deserved these 5 stars from me for doing everything to provide this fast service and to get through companies. I marked my complaint as resolved and it probably made this company's rating better. Oh well. The problem was resolved anyway.

Complaints Board is controlling and withholding public record by only allowing some reviews to come through. Complaints Board is doing this to get business advertise with them. Complaints Board is violating A Freedom of Information Act!

Some people out of jealousy make humiliating and derogatory comments about some people and companies and all are published in complaintsboard.com without censor, validation, verificaiton, identification, or confirmation of the sources of complaints. The complainer must leave their identity while they make complaints, otherwise, the complaintsboard.com should not publish any comments - be positive or negetaive - in their website.

I disagree with those people who are posting a bosh here.
I am very thankful to complaintsboard.com for giving me a chance to get a refund from a scam company. I got all the information needed, and I also a had a chance to get in touch with other users.
So, instead of making unreasonable judgements, better rely on your own experience!

I know that there are a lot of websites of the internet like complaintsboard.com, but none of them is half as good. First of all the number of complaints are mind-blowing, secondly it is very easy to use this website, I mean the interface is very user-friendly. I won't brag along about how many times they saved me from getting scammed, I'll just say - one of the best websites on the internet nowadays!

It's quite nice to have a forum-like conversation with the support team. My order was delayed and I managed to establish a contact with the support team through complaintsboard. Received my package 5 days later, everything was ok.

Few weeks ago i had a bad experience going to one Asian restaurant(won't mention the name, because i don't want any other problems, but it's about the service) - i entered the name of the restaurant on Google and found out other reports about the place on Www.complaintsboard.com - i contacted the people who wrote the reports and we decided to solve the problem together. www.complaintsboard.com turned out to be a place not only for writing about problems, but also for contacting and uniting people!

I want to thank this wonderful site for helping me resolve my conflict with my bank. I found out that about 200 dollars disappeared from my account, and the bank denied any complaint of mine, so i decided to use complaintsboard.com and it really helped to communicate with the bank in a different way. I got my money back, and everything is OK. Thank you once again!

I am really happy with their service. I've posted my complaint against a local store and got my money back. I was unable to get it back before the posting as the owner refused to even listen to me. I've got my refund within 2 days - and considering that the services are free, this makes complaintsboard.com a really valuable website!

It is always amazing to read what some people say. But I also love doing research to make sure that something is legit in information. What I have found is people who do not like ComplaintBoard.com. Are the very same people who commit sexual harassment, who commit wrong doing on employees, who screw over other employees on the job, who help get people fired by harassing them on the job, and kniw they are guilty. So they get mad that there wrong doing was put on social media. But this is just the beginning, the future is coming. With video to catch unruly employees who commit wrong doing on other employees. Just wait to what is really going to come out and be bigger and more informative of what is happening.

I complained with complaint board about non-refund of BSNL landline deposit amount for my landline ******* ******* even after more than one year of surrender of land line phone. The complaint was made on Jan 3,2016 To day, 16-01-2016 I got the refund. Thanks a lot

This website is simply the best. It helped me two times already and saved me from a lot of stress and headache. My advice to you - before you buy something from an unknown company or website, do your homework - go to complaintsboard.com. I promise, you will thank me in the future.

I disagree with the negative comments about this site. This site is not to be blamed for the reports that go on it because they do not post the reports. There are a lot of wicked practices by companies that need to be exposed and thankfully they are by this site.

If you have been wrongly put there by someone and you know that they put you there wrongfully then here is what you need to do

1. First go to the bottom of the page of the site after joining the site and you will see an Email button or icon. Click it and it will take you directly to the editor.

2. Second copy the link of the complaint that has been wrongly labeled against you and copy the terms of agreement also from the site.

3. Debate your case with the editor of the site and provide legitimate proof that you have not been wronged.

4 You can post a counter complaint on the site to counter the negative complaint against you.

The editors will reasonably remove the report for you once your debate is sound of course.

I am very grateful to the editors of the site because they have helped me in editing complaints I have posted against business practices that negatively affected me. I am forever grateful to them and for their helpful site because to me they are very much reasonable I can tell you from experience.

Those who complain about negative posts against them should use their head and intelligence and follow these simple instructions and things hopefully will work out alright in their favor once of course they do not deserve the complaint that is made against them.

www.complaintsboard.com helped me in a conflict with an insurance company iv'e been working for. The company didn't pay me my last salary before i left them, so i wrote about this situation on www.complaintsboard.com. It helped me to resolve the situation in 2 days! I'm Glad it worked!
