Why won't the support staff remove a post I no longer wish to have at ComplaintsBoard? The issue with the seller/company has been resolved and I want to put the issue behind me? Your staff took the time to edit my other content within the post, such as my resolution statement, and the staff, at one point, edited my user name.

Because they make money off extorting the company with your infomations which once on their site they use to profit... they are not there to help you they are their to blackmail companies with googles help.
