Interesting! You should write an actual review for them. That way, when someone googles complaintsboard, they'll come up with your review.

If you go the FAQ at the bottom of the homepage, it tells you comments are not removed but you can open a ticket to have it edited.

The ComplaintsBoard.com people have the same computer fingerprints as the company that you pay to have the bogus complaints removed. You can look up who owns their web site and way back when I did, it matched the people who contacted me about paying to have the bogus complaints removed.

They operate in a foreign country making it very difficult for us little guys to take them to court. I notice they leave all the deep pocket companies alone.

You need to pay them as any other rubber to remove bad feedback for your firm.

They call it fee, but it is blackmail.

I will not pay anything. Just a problem is that some paying and there will be more and more such sites that blackmail you. Pay or you will regret. Mafia

How can we get them shut down?

Complaintsboard.com is complete crap and very very fake. It is a site not to be trusted. Very shady and unethical site... They own and operate Merareview.com as well but deny it. Everyone needs to kknow not to use complaintsboard.com and their associated pages. Together we can shut these guys down for good.
