No matter what Panda Express you visit, there seem to be reoccurring themes::
1. They never open on time
2. When they do open, there will be little to no food prepared
3. They is a no rhyme or reason to their portion servings. It's random, depending on store and employee
4. If there is a problem with the food, they will refuse to refund
5. Items will always be missing from your order
6. You almost never will receive the teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken. You also won't receive soy sauce, napkins or utensils
7. Food quality is not consistent, just depends on who is on the wok that day
8. You will wait forever in drive-thru
9. They are often without an operable ice machine
10. They will wait till a food item is completely out before preparing anymore. Meanwhile, the rest of your order sits there, getting cold
11. If you are told to pull over in the drive-thru and they will bring your order out, nope, you are going to be forgotten about and have to go inside
12. They will refuse to start making new food as much as 2 hours before close
13. They will consistently close early
14. If you place an online order, it will not be ready when you arrive. In fact, they will deny knowledge of it
15. If you write a Yelp review, customer service will respond to you, but it will be a canned, copied and pasted response basically saying they will alert management to the problem.
