Thank you for your question.

To mark your complaint as "Resolved", please do the following:
• Log in to your account.
• In the "My Complaints" section click "Mark Complaint as Resolved".
• Provide a short description of what exactly the company has done to help you.
• Click "Submit".
Your complaint will be marked as "Resolved" and a resolution statement will be added.
