Awful! Many false postings by people with many user names. Known to be a fraud. The lack of any kind of moderation is so bad that you'll find postings irrelevant to a complaint telling people to go kill themselves calling them names and stalking from some of the members. Stay away!
Shame on them. Complaintsboard is a rip off operation.The ComplaintsBoard.com should definitely be shut down. This is a scam website. They target small and medium size businesses and post a negative review of them, then they ask the businesses for money to remove the negative review. Stay away from these guys
My wife got a new job as a real estate broker a few years back and after Googling her name lo and behold a post on complaintsboard.com came up with a post of utter slander... calling her and her new employer a fraud and stating that she's engaged in illegal activities, etc in very general terms with nothing to back it up. All of which is of course untrue. Further proof that this is a scam? Both of the negative "comments" were posted by a user account based on two different combinations of her own name? Why? So this bogus post will rank higher in search engine results. Of course there is no way to get it removed... the scam continues with the other bogus site that offers to magically remove it for a fee. Google why do you allow this? I know it's not your business to police internet content but this is criminal slander and you should block this site from your search engine results.
This site does not monitor the complaints that are posted, we have had a fake complaint made about our company saying we had taken money and hadn't delivered an order, we had not received order or money and don't even deal in USA, there is no way of deleting the fake complaint, we have complained with no correspondence back to us. Reading other posts from people in the same situation who have mentioned the complaints board and subsidiary associated companies are extorting money from people to remove these fake comments.
I know that there are a lot of websites of the internet like complaintsboard.com, but none of them is half as good. First of all the number of complaints are mind-blowing, secondly it is very easy to use this website, I mean the interface is very user-friendly. I won't brag along about how many times they saved me from getting scammed, I'll just say - one of the best websites on the internet nowadays!
Thanks to a complaint i've posted on complaintsboard.com, i've managed to get a refund, from the company, that was refusing to refund me the money i've paid for their fake services for more than a month! Will definitely advice people to post complaints there, if you got fooled by any fake companies.
This website is a complete SCAM. Complaintsboards.com DOES NOT REVIEW the comments as stated. They let any person with access to a computer put up false statements. Complaintsboard.com should be reviewed. Some of the comments I read were horrifying with Inappropriate words and name callings. I would not trust this website.
www.complaintsboard.com helped me in a conflict with an insurance company iv'e been working for. The company didn't pay me my last salary before i left them, so i wrote about this situation on www.complaintsboard.com. It helped me to resolve the situation in 2 days! I'm Glad it worked!
This company has been around for years now, they will NEVER take a review down no matter how ufounded it is (even the original poster cant remove it) unless you pay them a removal fee, downright blackmail. I cant believe they are still doing it.
Do not believe anything you read on complaintsboard, they are a bunch of gangster extortionists from Latvia, their board is totally unmoderated, any of your competitors can destroy your business with multiple bogus bad reviews about your company, then the east european mafia owners will contact you asking for $2000 to remove the "complaint".

When i contacted Complaintsscam they gave me the run around asking for a URL, then requested I contact the online ghost and get him to remove it... Im not even in business, retired for 7 years. Then they emailed an option saying they could help to take down the post BUT there would be "Cost involved" theres the hook... I can believe ICANN's and the attorney general lets this crap go on. 100% scam, zero credibility. Shut it down!
PS; The people here that give this company 5 stars are either part of the complaints board scam team or some petty individual that just wants to rant. If they had a legit issue they would use a legit form of recourse... All scams..
complaintboard.com and deletereviews.com work together to try and get you to pay money to remove bogus reviews from their website. In my opinion, that is actually the legal definition of EXTORTION! They should be put behind bars.
Few weeks ago i had a bad experience going to one Asian restaurant(won't mention the name, because i don't want any other problems, but it's about the service) - i entered the name of the restaurant on Google and found out other reports about the place on Www.complaintsboard.com - i contacted the people who wrote the reports and we decided to solve the problem together. www.complaintsboard.com turned out to be a place not only for writing about problems, but also for contacting and uniting people!

The response I received was infantile and disturbing and now I cannot answer the accusations and the person blamed my mother for their own shortcomings.

I just want to say thanks to complaintsboard.com. Amazing website, they helped me to resolve my issue and I got my money back after making complaint with them. Also they were very helpful and I will advice everyone to use them!
It's quite nice to have a forum-like conversation with the support team. My order was delayed and I managed to establish a contact with the support team through complaintsboard. Received my package 5 days later, everything was ok.
This "website review" site is a scam. They partner with deletereviews.com who goes by several other names to try to get you to pay to remove the negative review from their site. I have contacted complaintsboard.com about removing a fallicious and defamatory review and just keep getting the run around. A class action is being initiated with the attorney general.
I complained with complaint board about non-refund of BSNL landline deposit amount for my landline ******* ******* even after more than one year of surrender of land line phone. The complaint was made on Jan 3,2016 To day, 16-01-2016 I got the refund. Thanks a lot
