THE WOST COMPANY EVER! Please don't order from them I never received my shoes plus they never answer me after 4 emails it's a real ripoff!

Don't be misled by the title! These are not boots at all - more like a slipper. There is absolutely no support to the foot or even any stability to the boot. I am now using them as slippers as they are extremely inappropriate for outdoor wear.

I ordered a pair of Sandals a month ago. Got an automated reply 5 times. They will never answer. I requested a refund as shipping tracking was a joke. My order never came. I notified PayPal and got a refund in seconds. Big scam going on. I should have checked reviews.

This site is a scam! Please do not order….they will take your money and then you cant contact sales…….

I ordered a waterproof bootie and received a pair of flimsy plastic/cardboard thin boots with a Hole/Slit on the side seam that meets the sole.?Waterproof?
I tried to notify the company but 1 phone # was phoney and other one disconnected #.
I emailed multiple times without response.
Thank God I paid with PayPal!.
After filing a dispute, PayPal determined in my favor but I have to pay all costs to return DEFECTIVE shoes. Avoid this company!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in early Jan. They never came. Sent emails, no response. Phone # no good. Been trying to get in contact with someone. Just want a refund now.

I finally received the Boston Mini-boots which I ordered according to the size guide. I tried them on immediately and found them to be way smaller than specified. Sooooooo...I sent an email, then another, then another, and another. Of course, the email goes to "Zendesk" and sends a bogus automated response to which you can't reply. Tracked down the phone number which is phony and is registered in Colorado (the website says New York). Number is disconnected. Go figure. Funny how I receive spam mail from "Katy" at Comfy-On Platform Shoes every day! Buyer beware, if you have any kind of issue, you will absolutely not be able to reach anyone for help!

I ordered some boots from this company. They sent me an order confirmation, but never heard from them again nor did I receive my boots. I did notice that the name that showed up on my credit card statement was different from the name online. I called the phone numbers that were associated with both names and they were both not in service. I looked up the address of comfyplatformshoes and it looks like its a medical building. Fortunately my credit card refunded my money, but do not purchase from them.

I ordered a pair of Boston minis in size 9.5, I received what looks like a size 7. I have sent 3 requests for returns with no response. DO NOT purchase from this site! Contacting BBB.

My original order was placed on 31st January 2020, when my order eventually got to me, 5th March 2020, they were the wrong size, after communicating with Isabella. F and sending her photos of the incorrect order, I was informed that a new pair would be dispatched - guess what, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SHOES as at 21st July 2020, and nobody gets back to me AND I was sent a tracking order which went to the USA and not New Zealand, thanks to Sweta. S AND STILL NO COMMUNICATION!
