Worst money I've ever spent. Only got an automated response to my questions. Order went thru, no confirmation, no follow up, no tracking, took a month.
With the quality advertised, I was expecting a more robust boot, these are paper thin.
The sole is cheap plastic- I've seriously found better at at discount store under $15 CAD.
Came packaged in an envelope, not even a protective box.
Do not buy these, you will be sorely disappointed.
Also- I would include a proof of purchase, but they gave me none

I Ordered a pair of knock of uggs for my daughter and then found this site! I have emailed multiple times trying to cancel but they just send an automated response, exact same for each email. It now says that they have shipped, but its all in Chinese. I tried inputing to a tracking website and it can't find it. The boots were displayed for 39.99...70 DOLLARS WAS REMOVED from my bank account. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I will update with another post if anything else happens.

I've returned 6 pairs of shoes to get a bigger size, I emailed them several times, never heard back and their number doesn't work. I am stuck with the bill and no shoes.

The slip on are ok, not great quality, but ok. The other platforms that arrived I didn't order. I try to contact them for returning them, and I get a computer generated email response with many many advertising emails after. I think it's a company not monitored by humans - only robots.

Was excited by the price displayed and picture of fabulous looking genuine leather boots with shearling lining at a price too good to be true. That should have been the first red flag! Ordered anyways and afterwards started searching reviews for this company. OMG! I knew then I wanted to cancel. I tried contacting a bogus phone number on their website that connects to another UNRELATED shoe retailer who unfortunately constantly receives calls from consumers trying to contact this company. Also sent an email to the email address that has since been bombing me with advertising to order more. Went to my online American Express account to look for the charge and the company lists there an 800 number which is conveniently disconnected. In addition, the billing appears to be in a third party name and not of the company. After the pending charge posted, contacted American Express and explained I had tried to cancel, but there is no plausible way to contact this company. Also explained that Fakespot has a pop-up window on their site that this is possibly a scam company, and, that they have published bogus numbers as contact info, as well as numerous comments of dissatisfied buyers who had not received merchandise, AX reversed the charges. It is possible this isn't the end of the matter, as the company does have a chance to respond, but I'm confident that AX will let the reversal stand given the possibility of fraud that this could represent. Anyways, my advice to anyone looking at this site, "LET THE BUYER BEWARE"!

They easily took the my money, then two months waiting. Finally reached out three different times with no reponse. Finally a pair of shoe arrived the wrong size. Contacted again to return with no response.

Do not order from this company! It's a scam. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, needed to return them, the e-mails I've sent, have gone unanswered. The phone number for them doesn't work either. Don't piss away your money!

Once you place an order on line, you can't cancel on line. The emails go unanswered, phone number is bogus yet they are able to charge to your credit card. I disputed the charge and they claimed they sent me the product. I ordered and tried to cancel the shoes on June 27,2023. While I was in the process of disputing the charge the shoes arrived on August 3, and I returned them in their original package on August 4. So as of today I paid for shoes I don't want and they have the shoes.

Scam. I've been waiting for sneakers since April 13. They took their money out of my account & they don't answer emails

I stupidly ordered two pair of the sandals. They are total junk. My emails go unanswered and you can't get through on the phone. This is such a scam. I will have my credit card company reverse the charge since I go ignored on how to return.

I order 2 pair of shoes and I am still waiting for them been over a month that order and email no one answered to give me status

I ordered boots on June 17,2023 and have not received them. I should have researched this company before I ordered because then I would have known NOT to order from them. I have tried all possible ways to contact them and nothing works. I have requested a dispute from my bank and hopefully my money will be credited back into my account. This was a "wake-up" call for me and I will always research before I buy on-line!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Delivery promised maximum 18 days to minimum of 8! Still waiting after 6 weeks! Phone number given doesn't connect and no response from email! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered the sandals on April 4,2023 I just received them today July 8,2023. They are extremely cheap looking and too small. I wasted $30 on them. This website is a joke. They do not respond to anything. Save your $$ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Don't buy anything from this site they take your money and don't send merchandise Phone don't work and they don't respond e-mails.

Ordered shoes at 58$ cnd around May 15- 2023 and mothing yet as of today, July 5th-2023! I sent emails and no answers! Never again!

Ordered from their site, never received my order, no response from customer support and never received the refund I requested.
