I ordered several items and was happy with everything. My main item was the long runner rug and I was very happy with that. It was exactly as advertised. I will continue to order from Collections.

I ordered 2 sets of the hanging flowers in fuschia, white and purple to join the yellow and red that were already there on my fence. They arrived so quickly, I happily added them to the others AND I've been getting compliments. One lady asked where I got them, I told her Collections, so I may have given you a new customer!

I ordered two outdoor items to keep critters from gardens / flower beds. I Have not used them yet, so can't comment on the quality, but as far as the detail to the owl and delivery they were great. Delivery was fast and my husband comment on how real the owl looked.

Purchase arrived quick, however, I had to return one of the dresses for a exchange for the correct size, I ordered a size medium and I was sent a size extra large, I don't know how that mistake happened, when one of the dresses was the correct size and the 2nd dress was not,

My red top was fine but the blue and white tunic (also a large) was way too small. I gave it away, and will probably not order clothes from Collections again.

Everything arrived in a short time. The only issue I had was the recliner cover did not fit the chair I purchased it for. However, I have made use of it elsewhere.

I bought one many years ago and loved it. I thought I was buying the same thing. Looks the same, but material is horrible, even after washing it felt like crap. Needless to say both of them went to good will. I can't recommend the lounger. Sorry.

The shoe rack was for my son's Fathers' Day gift. It was assembled easily and fits right near the door where shoes are left upon entry into the house. Helps keep things neat.

It was easy to order, and the prices were good. Some of the merchadise was cheaper than expected and disappointing, such as the table-type magnifying glass for reading. Quality has seemed to be going down, maybe to keep prices reasonable. But cheap goods is not helping.

We ordered different things. The CD's came better protected this time compared to the time before where they came with broken cases which they replaced. I will never order shoes from Collections Etc. again since they do not have half sizes and they wanted almost $12.00 to return the shoes.

The hose arrived within a few days of ordering. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but am looking forward to doing so when I finish my garden work!

Ordered lounge wear for my Mom and myself. Actually gown and bathroom. We love them both. Pretty as well as very washable.

These were not the birds I thought they would be. 4-5 years ago I ordered the most beautiful birds from you. They were full bodied birds. The ones I ordered were flat pieces of tin. They can only be placed one way. Not happy but I won't send them back.
