I have experienced the way business should be done by all companies! Unique ways of capturing memories, A user friendly website, I received exactly what I ordered, affordable, excellent customer service! I have only used Collage for three orders and on the third there was a mistake made and not caught until after it was shipped they helped me make it right and then some! I am a customer for life, and would recommend their services to anyone! Please don't ever change!

I purchased 3 blanket vouchers for a total of $240.00. These have no expiration date. I tried to use them tonight and discovered that their website is shut down. They never notified anyone that they were closing the site, or that they SOLD the company. There was NO warning to use our vouchers. This company are deadbeats. I have seen many complaints like mine this evening. I'm seeking legal recourse. The company owners names are Joe Golden and Kevin Borders. They are both off on new ventures with millions of dollars they made from collage.com, stiffing thousands of customers in the process!

I will never purchase from here again. This photo means so much to me. I can't believe they would even send me a blanket that looks nothing like the picture. My brother's eyes are blacks out. U can barely see our faces. The quality is poor and the blanket is not clear at all. My brother was murdered by a stranger. Police say wrong place wrong time. This collage meant everything to me. I waited anxiously for it. Only to be hurt and disappointed.

Ordered my custom 11x14 collage for my dad who passed away just weeks before May 6th for my wedding June 4th. Package arrived in New Jersey shipping center on May 11th, and has not moved-im on Long Island. I contacted customer service and after 24hrs was told they will remake and reship a new one, with an arrival date far after my wedding. They have no regard for commitment or responsibility and you should not waste your time money dealing with a company that has no sense of urgency for their customers.

I ordered my wife a water bottle for her birthday. It arrived lopsided and without a top. Disappointed

Tip for consumers:
We have used these people before and have gotten great products. This one was awful and they didn't offer to replace AND refund. I know that sounds petty, and they did offer one or the other, but I think with so much competition in the market their refusal to replace the item without a charge is petty

Can't review the items I ordered as they are still sitting at The Mail Innovations in Butner NC for the last 6 days. Read the reviews for this facility as this is where packages go to die! Can't believe a reputable company like Collage would use such a sub standard Mail service. Must be cheap but is it worth losing your customers?

My first order with them was seamless.

The image sharper than any site I've used.

There's a bit of a hiccup on the delivery of my second order. They are staying in contact. But whatever ever delivery provider must be blind or dyslexic,

Orlando Florida is a very small city. Yet, for days now, my order seems to be bouncing from courier to courier. So this is the last time I use this company for any of my needs.

I spent hours working on photo books because their 50% off deal was a great deal. I made 5 album books and a blanket and after 2-3 hours of wasting my time, I go to checkout and shipping was going to cost me $45! WHAT! That's just an evil trick. Great deals on photo albums to then overpay for shipping. There's no way shipping costs that much for a tiny photo book that weighs 2-3 pounds MAX. I am livid and would never support this company.

I put together a card with some assistance from your company, which I appreciate but only to find out that they would not arrive until January 2nd or 3rd! It is Dec 3rd now-I can't believe that you cannot get these out before then. I am GREATLY disappointed after spending at least 2 hours of my time and some of your employees.

A standard sized printer paper photo book costs you $9.99 to ship and this is way higher than actual shipping for media mail by USPS. If you order more than one book say 3 for example which could all be shipped in the same box they still charge you $9.99 for each book ripping you off. It does not cost $30 to ship 3 little books. Their standard starting price is $50 bucks! Ouch! Any additional pages over 20 pages costs $1 per page. Easily you can be over $100 for a small thin book.

I know that personally, I absolutely hate paying shipping if I can avoid it! Unfortunately, because your order had such an incredibly deep product discount, we are unable to discount the shipping cost. Our printers do charge us to ship by weight and unfortunately not based on whether they are going to the same address, so there is a per item shipping charge. I understand that this is frustrating and I'm very sorry you feel that way. We do have offers on our Deals page which do include free standard domestic shipping, but the product discount isn't as deep as it is with that deal you were looking at. If you purchase from this site be sure to pay a lot more for expedited shipping if you need the order by a certain date. They use Mail Innovations which is a UPS-USPS handoff service that takes freaking forever to arrive. Order shipped on December 5th is still stuck at a facility on December 16th only 2 hours from its final destination after sitting there a week. It would be faster for me to drive to get my package than wait for a delivery. No online or phone support to troubleshoot. Collage customer support is worthless in trying to resolve the issue. I'm going to have to pay 3 times the extra initial cost to get the order to gift recipients by Christmas IF I GET IT. Not. Happy. At. All. Had I known it was going to be this painful up front - I think that's called TRANSPARENCY Collage.com - I would have made a different decision. Live and learn. Or take my advice and pay extra up front or find another vendor for whatever you want to purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Think about when you need this before choosing a shipping option. If you need it before a month, pay extra for overnight delivery. Otherwise you may never get the package.

They lie about when you are going to receive your shipment and then when you call and ask them well message them and ask them when it will be y lie to you and tell you that they upgrade the shipment and then they don't so you get whatever you ordered late and it's almost impossible to get a hold of customer service

I ordered a birthday gift for my husband on 10 December 2019. On 21 January 2020 I still didnt receive it. Clearly it was gone. I tried to get them either to locate it or to resend by DHL or a similar service. They refused. They spoke nicely but zero help. I asked for the refund which they said they agreed to (oh thanks you're willing to pay me back for the product you never gave me?) but I have yet to see the account being credited. What's worse is that I receive their spam asking me if the recipient liked my gift: no my husband never saw the gift. But the cherry on top of the cake is that they delete bad reviews and block you from social media. Good reviews not to be trusted.

I ordered 2 photo books, the first one was great. The second book I was told at check out would be delivered by June 4th, one day before it was needed. However I noticed on the 1st that they were not finished with the book. I paid for the expedited shipping. Emailed on the 2nd asking for overnight shipping and did not hear back. Emailed on the 3rd asking for overnight shipping and offering to pay extra. Did not hear back. Was notified on the 4th that it had been shipped and then received an email 15 minutes later saying that there records show that I *should be receiving it on the 4th*. Customer service did nothing more than look at the same website that I had access to. I repeatedly offered to pay extra to make sure I got the book on time. It is now June 7th and I have still not received the book. The book was a graduation gift for family members from all over the country to sign at the party that was held on the 5th. All the family members have now returned, no one was able to sign the book. It does me ZERO good to get the book after everyone has left!
Don't offer a delivery date and express shipping and then follow neither of them!
Order if you don't need the product by a specific date and if you do, give yourself at least a week lead time!

Tip for consumers:
the product is good quality with a fair price, but you have to give at least a week leeway so you get it when you need it. The customer service is basically nonexistent.
I was only offered a refund on the shipping charge of $27.95, but nothing for the book that is of no use to me now that it's already 2 days late.

I ordered a couple of phone cases and the print quality is absolutely awful. The professional pictures were blotchy and grainy and not anything I would have expected. I only tried this site because Shutterfly doesn't have the iPhone 12 case yet. In the future, I will go back to Shutterfly. The website's reviews are bogus since there is no way for an actual customer to leave a review directly on their website. They must hand pick the good reviews from third parties. Customer service was quick to respond and tried printing a second set of phone cases but it was still an awful quality, if not worse than the first set.

I was on this page for over an hour signed in trying to get a blanket for my father.It kept stopping saying error and to reload page. Went to ask for help, The page itself Couldnt do so lol. I Wouldnt waste my time just go to Etsy for better service! Happy Holidays!

I order one thing from them-had to quickly cancel and wait for my money back... it never returned. Then I talked to two different customer service representatives and they told me two different stories. Both lies. I never received my money back and they did indeed take it out of my account the second I paid for it.

College.com does not allow you to upload files in the dimensions required in order to print larger scale products at 300 DPI, which is a critical error for what is basically a photo printing company. It is baffling that they offer services and make it impossible for their customers to upload high quality files to use those services. When I spoke with their customer services they told me that they did not realize this was an issue, which is even more baffling because they are allegedly a professional photo printing company.

They masquerade "coupons" for products that are initially priced 4-5 times higher than competitor prices to begin with, and then charge you $15+ shipping PER product that you order, which is insane! The shipping is often 25% of the order cost for products that weight a few ounces and would actually cost ~$4-7 in shipping via USPS. What ends up happing is if you order say 8 blankets, then you have to pay $120 in shipping? Competitor websites offer the same shipping for the same number of products for roughly $20 if not free!

I rarely ever feel inclined to review a website, but this overall is so scammy and price gougy I felt that I had to. Look up shutterfly! I ordered the same number of products, on a larger scale, in a higher quality format, for cheeper. If not Shutterfly, then shop around elsewhere

Use a different provider! This website will go out of its way to make you think theyre giving you a deal when they are in fact not

I ordered a photo blanket for my mom's birthday. The overall quality is so bad I can't even give it to her. There are very noticeable white spots all over the photo printed on the blanket. There must have been dust on the photo I used, but it didn't show up when I was designing and reviewing my order. Considering how obvious the spots are in real life, I feel like I could have been easily notified about this before the blanket was printed and shipped. Also the print itself is WAAAAAY off center! The design program forced me to do a white border around the picture, which was fine, but it is sooo crooked and uneven. There's about 6" at the top border, 3" on the right side, and a couple inches at the bottom. The left side isn't even a straight line, it sort of bevels in the middle so that it's almost coming off the blanket edge, and then gets slightly wider towards the top and bottom. The quality of the material is also poor. It is soft, but very thin and not plush at all. It might as well be a cozy beach towel. I was so excited, but now I am just upset and frustrated with what I actually received. If you order a blanket for a gift from collage.com, have a back-up plan!

*******@com is horrible when I received my fleece blanket and emailed them with pictures and I have been emailed me all week nothing I will never order from them again they want you to pay some much for mess all my pictures was faded I am very upset with them please don't order from this company they could care less about there customers! I will never order from them again!

I ordered a photo jigsaw puzzle as a Christmas gift. The color photo on the outside of the box was torn and used anyway. The barcode and lot number is stamped on the photo. It definitely does not look good. I had to reprint my own label for the cover of the box. The item is a extremely poor quality. I would never order from this company again.

I ordered two pillows for Christmas presents. Was given a confirmation that the pillows would be delivered by 12/11/18. Now I got an email that they are behind in production and have no idea when I will get my products. I have been on hold for 15 minutes (and counting) and no one will answer their phone. Tried their "live support" but surprise surprise, it's offline even though it is during their business hours. I want my money back, but can't reach a human being! Some of us are on a budget and only have a certain amount of funds for presents... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I thought their prices were reasonable so I designed four standard pillowcases on their website. When I checked out I discovered they were charging me $27 to send them to me. There's no way this actually cost them more than $3 or $4. This is not how a respectable company acts and should not be legal.

Ordered photo mugs for Christmas apparently they were sent on 16th november yet tracking number is an invalid number n company have no record of a parcels with my name or address. Can't get in touch with collage.com as email addy and phone number are invalid and not supported... so in other words I believe a scam and I have been had not impressed
