I financed a car that had a nationwide murder warrant attached to the vin and it caused me to get pulled over at gun point 5 times a week for 7 months so I did a voluntary repo about two years ago. Extraordinary high trade charge fee, and various of high charge, it is very easy and fast transfer your money to coinbase account, but if you don't want trade, it is more longer you think to cash out as trap. It's nightmare for new digital trader. Believe it or not? You will lost huge money in trade and charge fee!

My account was placed on manual review, Coinbase did not even send me email to explain why? After
1 month contacting them finally coinbase said that they needed a drivers license update and my picture. My driver license has not expired, and they have already had my picture. Any way I sent them my Driver license and Picture but still Since then they have not fixed my account. I have used coin base since 2017. Customer service is 0. This exchange needs to be avoided. Worst exhange by far. I was hoping one day this review could be changed.

Coinbase has a link for consumers to share, and if you purchase over 100.00 you and the person you shared with are supposed to get 10.00 free btc. I have sent the link to four people and I have only received the free btc once. I emailed Coinbase and the reply was they don't have any control over that and they can't fix the problem. That is false advertisements. I have dealt with other companies like Stash that offer the similar incentives and they always stand behind their advertisements. You can never talk to anyone. The customer service is in dire need for an overhaul.

Something happened with my password. I cannot just reset it. There is NO customer service. No phone works. Their emails don't work. They told me to send pics of licenses and other things- I did that but not to the email they require because the email they provide is undeliverable. Bottom line. I have thousands of dollars of my money that I am locked out of.

I could not get a transaction to work. The support I got was terrible. I made no progress with them. I ask to speak to a manager and they said they dont have managers for support. As soon as I can, I getting all my crypto out of that exchange.

If you do anything to your account, sign up, sign in, put money in, trade bitcoin. Your account is now locked. There is no decent support team that gives you any useful information to help you. Your funds will be locked in your account for weeks while they lend it out and do whatever. You will get a multiple day hold on your account for just about any action from linking a bank account to logging in on your computer! Very helpful. $#*! this company lmao plenty other wallets out there that you can actually use!

Coinbase allows you to easily fund your account and buy crypto. The problem is when you try to get your money refunded back to your bank. There is no way to do this on their website, and they just give you stall tactics. I cashed out my crypto, but can not get my money.

I have to admit that I was skeptical that I would ever see any of the money I lost in a very sophisticated scam. So coinbase has robbed me twice. The first time it was three ethereum that disappeared from my account once years ago. I eventually got them back, though not before I had gone through 8 months of daily phone calls to them, and after the value of thise ethereum had devalued by about 400%.

Then in February I had over. 5 Btc go missing from my account, and since then I havent been able to get a single coinbase rep to acknowledge the issue. I just get these generic emails back saying that they need mote information, even after I've sent them all the details they could possibly want.

Basically if you have an issue with coinbase, they will it ore you or worse. There is no such thing as support, much less insurance with these thieves. I signed up on coinbase the day they opened their doors, but i would never advise anyone to use them, ever, under any circumstances at all.

I had bought $200 of BTC and Coinbase said my bank declined for whatever reason. Ok fine, but I look at my bank and it did go through. So my 200 bucks is now on a freaking hold for 2 weeks. To top it off, they're saying I owe them the money now because they claim to have fronted me the money. My account has been disabled until I pay them another $200! They said within 3 days they will start selling off my cryptocurrency to make up for the payment they claim they never got. Although the proof is right there on my bank statement. I've contacted support but suspect they won't resolve this in a timely manner or ever actually.
