Order took one month to arrive. Previous order was the same. Kinda slow in this day and age.

Queen mask was nice, adjustable and pretty, the Blessed mask, and the cross mask were cheaply made, not adjustable and child-like in size. Very disappointed..

Very easy ordering. Nice selection of products. Delivery was stretched over 3 deliveries, but overall, pretty fast.

Not happy I'm still waiting for part of my order. And part of what I receive some are too small or too large and material looks cheap and the Sims four on the outside of some items.

I ordered this mask because I really liked the designs that came in. Wait time for delivery was not bad & I received the mask in less than 2 weeks. The mask/product when received looked exactly as advertised but, it was so small I was unable to attach behind both ears. Seems like the mask was made for toddlers, not adults

The item I received was not like the ad photo. The item I received is completely see-through, unlike the photo, which appears a satin-like material. I am very disappointed and I am requesting a refund.

This face mask is HUGE and stiff and does not prevent air from coming in or out of the mask! It's basically garbage to me. It's money down the drain! Thanks for nothing!

With the currency exchange these masks are kind of pricey. The sparkly one I ordered fits badly, the ear loops are far too small and bend your ears forward.

The camo bra set was nice for my girlfriend. But I noticed that the triangle part for the bra was... questionable for her. She wears a 36 C, and the triangle cup JUST covered her breasts.

I paid extra for fast shipping still took a month to get them the white shirt with the hearts I was planning on wearing it for a special event it got here the day before and looked nothing like the picture so I had to frantically go shopping I was very disappointed so don't buy this white shirt with the picture shows silver hearts that look like they would be like a iron on type but they are made in the cloth and are greenish color and the stripes on the sleeves are not see-through they are grey stripes so the stripes and hearts don't match at all it looks nothing like the picture another garage sale item

Shipping took way too long. The bathing suit feels like a knock off. It is not true to size. It is unflattering. I am very disappointed.

In every way this company didn't firm the public where they're located that there would be a high shopping fee as well as a transaction fee on poorly made products!

Loved the products but it took a long time for delivery.

I ordered a 3XL Bra for my wife, who is a 38DDD. Part of it came apart while she was putting it on, and another part, the stitching pulled apart, if it was ever stitched on to begin with, because after looking at it, it doesn't look like it was even sewn on. Even once she did get it on, it looked 3-4 times smaller than what it should have. Either it was an XL in a 3XL package, or it was entirely WAY smaller than the size chart stated. Kind of sucks for as long as it took for me to finally get it. (2 months to ship from China) Their size chart is NOT realistic, It shows a 3XL being a US size 16-18, but shows a 34.5in bust size? WRONG! US Size 16-18 bust sizes are normally a 38-40in. A 34.5in bust size would be a size 10-12 US, NOT a Size 16-18, Which probably explains why this product was way too small. WHen I contacted the company about getting a refund, I was told... We are sorry for your inconvenience. But according our return policy, masks, swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are personal and not returnable. How about sending $10 cash couupon for you? You can keep it as a gift.
To which I replied back... Your size chart was WRONG, AND your product was DEFECTIVE. I want a refund for YOUR defective product sold with an incorrect sizing chart. A $10 cash coupon won't do me any good since I will not be ordering from you again. And they replied back with... The return process is more troublesome. How about we refund 20% of the unfit item? Or you can return them for a full refund or exchange. My reply? Refund 20%? That would be $1.99, or $3.99 if you go by the total with shipping. You want me to pay to return an item that was defective and clearly never should have gotten past quality control, let alone shipped out. Which is funny, because if you scroll up, you'll see that ****** told me I couldn't return it, but now your saying I can. Looks like I wasted $20.
