First they claimed to ship my order but it sat in pre-transit for 10 days during the busy holidays, so I was forced to order from Jiffy Shirts because they would have to me in 2 days. Requested a refund, sent the items back and almost a month later still no refund. I've contacted them 3 times now all of them having a different story. The first time was please allow extra time for the return to be scanned in because of the holidays. 2nd time 2 weeks later was the items had been received but they needed more time to process it. 1.5 weeks later the 3rd time was they needed the tracking information because the return wasn't scanned in even though I was told they had it on the 23rd. Then they tell me I shipped it back with a label they didn't provide yet it's directly attached to the order return details they sent me via email? The story just doesn't add up.

Save yourself the trouble and go with Jiffy Shirts. Excellent service, fast turn around, and easy returns.

Quality and reliability.

I've only bought caps and V necks so far. Everything has been true to size, good quality and shipping has been punctual. It's not easy for this reviewer to trust web based companies but this one has been great so far! I'm certainly going to continue buying clothes from them. Thanks!

I always wash cotton clothes once before wearing... in this case it was 3 tee shirts (for men).
When I took them out of the dryer, there were 3 holes in one of them and 1 hole in another. The third was ok...
When I called the ClothingShopOnline they told me once an item was washed they would not accept a return.
Well, the holes didn't appear until items were washed (we followed the directions for washing).
Never will order from them again... never!

This company Emailed me tracking over a week ago. Package still doesn't show tracking only showing that they Created a label. Called to get a valid tracking number and some information on my package. They said I would have a wait 2 weeks before they could do anything or ship another package out. I run a business also, I can not make my customer wait 2 weeks, plus the time it takes them to ship another package out. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Hope you get a good product. I got a shirt with a manufacturing flaw and tried to notify them immediately, multiple attempts. They never replied until after the return deadline had passed.
I was warned but thought it wouldn't happen to me.
My bad, will never order from them again. Many places online have their same exact products. Don't shop here.

Great Experience

I was looking for a specific brand and style of t-shirt. I found them at ClothingShopOnline. So, yeah, you always take a bit of a risk shopping at a site you've never shopped before. But the shirts were on sale for $3 to $5 each. That's a great value. I ordered a bunch of these and another style. Received them within days of ordering. Quality is perfect. These aren't one-offs or factory rejects at all. I have washed and worn them and they are great! I ordered a handful of ball caps as well. I will shop here again.

I tried to order off this as a Capitalone shopper saving 7%. Come to find out everybody is offered 7% off. I plugged in all my info then the site stops the transaction saying they couldn't verify something or other while your credit card got dinged anyway.
Lots of these obscure shops doing that.
Cheap clothing items.

During my first order, this store did not put me one t-shirt in the parcel, but it turned out to be the lesser of mistakes. In total, I ordered 12 white T-shirts, of which 10 are stained with cockroach $#*!. Yes, they have stains from cockroaches. The support service refused to return the money for these t-shirts. This is a terrible store, get around them.

DON't DO IT!

Bought 3 shirts, one had manufacturing defect. Notified them immediately. 32 days later they reply to tell me it has to be returned within 30 days.
You have been warned. If you need help with your order, you are screwed!

I placed an order for about 18 shirts on July 5th and have yet to receive anything. They sent me an email saying the shipping label was created on July 6th. USPS has no knowledge of the shipping label. When I contacted their customer service again I'm not receiving any response. They wont refund me my money as I cant even get a response as to what's going on. Any time you call the number they have, it's an automated message no matter what time you call. At this point, it's safe to say this is a scam. Kiss you're money goodbye. Do not purchase from this site AT ALL.

First issue was the order took many months to fulfill. Then, once i received the order, it was not the shirt i ordered. Was supposed to be a long sleeve and instead, showed up as a 3/4 length even know the pictures on their website show long sleeve. Now comes the real frustrating part, their customer service sucks! I have been getting the same email response (which looks to be automated) saying i can get a 15% on my next order. Still trying to get someone from the company to step up and make this right but my hopes are diminishing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

Perfect experience. I read a lot of reviews that had me nervous but they created a shipping label the same day. I received my packages at a discount, on time, and they were of good quality. I wanted to make sure I shared my good experience because there are so many negative ones posted.

As said above, I have contacted the customer service agent and they just stopped replying to me... ups never delivered my items per their tracker but no response from the company on a refund or what happened to my package it's been over 2 months

No issues at all.

I was skeptical after placing my order and reading such negative reviews on sites like this. I was actually kind of expecting to have to dispute my purchase with my credit card and felt naive for not checking reviews first. Anyhow, I spent about $60 on a fair amount of hanes t-shirts and sweatshirts. They definitely had the best prices and stock out there for what I needed. I was sent confirmations for my order, and all USPS shipping tracking numbers. The one interesting thing about the company, is that of my dozen or so items, they were shipped from four different locations in the US. All different states. That made me even more nervous but they did all arrive without issue. All my items arrived as expected, within one week of ordering, in new condition, with no damage! I'm not a big review writer, but I felt like I needed to share my positive experience.

COMPLETE SCAM
July 28, 2020

I ordered over $80 worth of merchandise and paid $24 for expedited shipping. Clearly whoever is running this site. Is not from England. Not a professional business. Was told my items were shipped but a tracking number was not available. Then later on the same day and email came through saying they checked personally and my item has been delivered but no tracking is available. Then I said I wanted my money back. And then they said my order was purchasing and there's no way to stop it. I'm sorry! Yeah no! I just lost a grip!

Ordered T-shirts. Size was correct but neck hole was so small I felt like I was being strangled
When I wore the shirts. Called customer service. They were so busy due to "high call volume"
From pissed off customers, that it would take up to 3 days for them to respond.

I'm giving Clothing Shop Online zero stars for customer service. They are terrible. They do not stand behind there clothing items. I received a very dirty Comfort Colors crew sweatshirt. I immediately emailed customer service. I tried washing it off with plain water. They were not answering calls and did not answer my email for 3 days. I did try and wash the item because my customer needed the shirt. The stains did not come out. Even though I contacted them with pictures within an hour of delivery they will not replace the item. Do not order from them.

Not a Scam. Slow.

Had a Tracking # that said Shipment not found. No call when shipper couldn't locate my address. Got a response on Online Live Chat customer service. Took some days and calls to track order down, but product was fine was I finally got it.

Unable to return item

The item was great but the size chart they give is way off. I ordered a medium using the chart and it was way too big. Wanted an exchange but all I get is an automated email reply saying they will get back with me, which never happens. Walmart gave a me ticket to start return but it is so small you need a magnified glass to read it. Will see if Fed Ex can help get it sent back. CRAZY! All I want now is my money back cause if the small won't fit I will have to do this again.
