Due to misleading and false advertisement on their website, i bought an item that didn't do what is said, and yhey are refusing to issue a full refund. Don't buy from these crooks!
Absolute worse customer service I have had with a company. Waiting 1/2 hours even get through to chat because you can not get anyone on the phone. Ordered 7 towels had them shipped to me in 3 different shipments, 2 of which were 1 towel each. The last single towel was not the correct towel and when I finally get through to customer service I am told they no longer have these towels in stock. So I can only assume you just ship whatever when you run out because I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. So not only do I lose my order for my customer for the 7 towels ($56) I am told I will be refunded for the towel I did not get but not sure about refunding me the shipping. This company needs to find a customer service that cares for their customers.
We ordered 39 tee shirts 2 were damaged and I was told they will not replace. What the heck kind of business are these people running? Carlos is the po person in charge of customer service issues. Unfortunately this guy is rude and extremely unhelpful. I tried several times to remedy this issue but Xarlos would not help at all. Stay away from this company they are horrible.
I have all my paperwork with dates and items bought from these crooks.
Informed that that wasn't my order was sent my correct info and it would be there within two days. Never received ended up saying address was incorrect for some reason. Was told my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. I honestly forgot about it for about a week and a half. So I emailed again, and another day later got a response saying they had just received the return that same day (10/26) and that my refund had already been processed. So now we are another week out from there and still nothing. Not even sure why I phone number is listed because all 3 times I've called I've never gotten an answer or call back. Horrible customer service, and at this point seems like theft. Hope this helps!
I ordered 2 t shirts and paid $5+ for each plus $5+ for shipping total $15.63. I received only one shirt which is too small, They will not resond to my e mail or phone calls. I eventually got in chat and been informed that one item not available any more! (will refund!) the other one is no exchange but I can return after complied with all their conditions and paying return shipping. Making short it won't even worth the return
Paid for four items, received one. When I call customer service they say they have a high volume of calls and no one is available. Left a message on phone and on website, still no response. They dont answer their phone regardless of what time you call. I will never order online again without researching company first. They sent email saying order has shipped, but hasn't moved since June 7th, not received by USPS.
Shirts shrink in the wash when they said they didn't. I've got a lot of skin tight shirts. The colors are also get a bit brighter (color softer?) than I tend to wear.
I dont recommend buying from this site. You can't ever get through to talk to anyone in customer service. I have been waiting to receive my refund from 3 shirts that I returned and MONTHS later still have not got my refund. I have emailed them numerous times and got one response but no follow through. Very dissatisfied.

I emailed them after my purchase with a compliment and a few concerns about quality. They have not responded which is poor business at best. If you need them to back up what they sell. Don't hold your breath! They have my money and I have their inferior products
Purchased several t-shirts from them early on in the year. I received them (size small) but the shirts were way too long for my torso, with the shirts being about 3 inches longer than other shirts of size small. I sent them back and emailed the team for a refund. One of the representatives, Jose, said he had received them and that he would check for the status of my refund, but over a month and a half have passed and I have not received a refund. The Clothing Shop Online team has also not responded to the multiple emails I had sent afterwards. Don't buy from them unless you want to run the risk of the shirts not fitting and then not getting your money back.
This company does not put the customer 1st. When you try to work with their customer service they give you blanket statement. Nothing is personal and it's sad to spend money and not be appreciated as a customer.
No money back for a return and no response to an email or phone call! They sent me 2 orders by accident I was honest contacted the company to let them know. Wow they sure got back to me quick and I sent the package back. I did a return and got no money back not even a phone call or email. Totally rude and dishonest company I'm surprised they are still in business!
I ordered three shirts from this company, they took my payment two days later. I have not received my shirts, thirteen days now. Emails are only responded to by robots, calls to customer service only allow me to leave a recorded message to which they claim to respond in three days. This also doesn't happen.
I ordered three items--2 t shirts and a hooded sweatshirt. They confirmed purchase quickly and sent an email saying order had shipped---but tracking number was "unfound". Despite this... one package came in 3 days... another in 4 days. They clearly just process orders and have stuff drop shipped. Quality was fine. The price was the lowest I found during my merchandise search. Can't speak to return policies etc... or customer service--as everything was OK. A piece of advice to the company--don't send tracking info that doesnt really exists--it makes customers paranoid--especially in light of bad reviews.
Had Problem with an order, left several messages via e-mail, phone and their customer contact form didnt get reply for over 2 weeks. They used the wrong shipping info the items were marked undeliverable by post office( the suck too) then clothing shop said when we get the Item back they would give me credit. When explained I still wanted the item the said well when get it back you can reorder whole ordeal to a month. I won't ever order from them again
Ordered 4 dresses all described as Cotton Blend. All four dresses arrived and are polyester.
Customer service will only respond on email and will not take the dresses back on return.
The worst service I have ever had. Quality of dresses is garbage. $159 down the drain!
Scrolled website for product of interest. Placed items in cart to review shipping charges, but did not place order. A week later, an order was placed for different products. TWO weeks later received a credit card charge for items placed in cart but not ordered or received. Company claims to understand mistake but will not issue credit. Disputed amount with credit card and advised them charge was fraudulent.
I ordered several shirts - returned them because they were not the material I expected. I returned the items back after a week as it took them that long to respond to me. Then they only credited for 2 items instead of all 8 after several weeks they finally get back to me and they said they only received 2 items I called my post office the package was delivered intact. Contact the company again and they tell

When you place order they give a great delivery date to entice the purchase, which I now find is a fabrication. I have questions about the order and on the 5th cell to a voice-mail response and no response to my emails (their alternate option) I realize no ones hone and now now wonder if I'll ever get my items.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I Ordered 2 XXL long sleeve shirts. I got three sweatshirts, all in the wrong size. Requested return. Waited two weeks for reply. Return granted. Had to pay $15 shipping for their screw up. They gave me a shipping label AFTER I mailed the darn package back. Then, I never got my refund after they received the go back. Resolved through Pay Pal thankfully, but I'm still out 15 bucks. They do not answer queries. You can't talk to a person.
