Ordered ink cartridges on 5/18/2020 with free 3-day shipping. I called, emailed and used online help... zero response. Still have not received. Order was shipped on June 10 after I made engaged PayPal in the process. As of June 22 I have not rec'd product and tracking stopped between DHL and USPS. PayPal requires I go back to Clickinks to getting tracking research before they will work on my behalf. I have no confidence that will happen with any promptness. I am now waiting for the product to arrive or maybe it is lost in shipping. DO NOT TRUST CLICKINKS website for shipping or response times. The website statements were not accurate according to my experience. They have never responded to my requests. I purchased elsewhere because I needed the ink. I have more time in this than it is worth. I will not buy Clickinks again. It cost me $114. Bruce
I purchased ink. The shipping box never opened. With COVID the ink was not used, the printer stop working, I requested an exchange. They were to respond within 7 to 10 days. No response. I called on 10/1 the CS rep stated it was approved and she or supervisor would be sending me return instructions via email before the end of her shift. No email was received. I called on 10/6 the CS rep talked over me, stated no update to my file even showing I called and no I would not receive return information as the policy was 6 months firm. I ask for a supervisor and was refused to be transferred. PLS listen to these calls and do something about inconsistent responses.
Whenever I am in desperate need for something at ClickInks I can always count on them to get it to me quickly, and I know the order will always be correct. First it takes way too long to get you order, then I received and email saying when canceling my order, accounts department. Please allow 7-10 working days for this to be completed, on Mars, it does not take 7-10 days for a refund, never again will I order from this company
Over one month and I do not have my ink. They have my money though! I email them and no response. The hold on the phone is 50+ mins. I hung up. I have reported them as a fraud to Capital One. STAY AWAY from this company.
We bought 2 cartridges that were clearly marked as compatible with our HP printer. Upon receiving the cartridges they were clearly marked that they would NOT work with our printer. We contacted the "customer service" line; which is a joke, and were told that they would work and if they didn't they'd refund us immediately. That was 2 months ago. They promise us refunds that never come. Beware...
Ordered some ink. Came two weeks later. The ink didn't work and I called their 1800 number and asked for a refund and they said just give them the tracking number and it will be refunded once received. It was all Email communication after that... I gave them the tracking number and they got it. I waited a week and no refund; I emailed and no response for two weeks. Then I get a refund for $7 (I paid $20 plus shipping back) and an email another that simply stated you got a refund of $7 (no sorry for the late response or explanation on why the kept the other $13). I emailed back asking why I got a partial refund and it's been 2 weeks with no response. I really don't care about $13... I wish I had read the reviews and it sounds like they need money more than I do. But never again! Buyer Beware!
Have great prices. The staff is fantastic for struggling online users. When I forgot to click to finalize an order, they contacted me, giving me the opportunity to use the sale price. Great customer service!
This company is a ripoff! I bought ink cartridges that didnt work and have been waiting for more than 30 days for a refund! Today, Joey told me i had to wait another 14 days for a refund and couldn't direct me to a supervisor or an owner! Beware of these people!
I ordered ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet 8020 printer. They sent me the wrong cartridges. They wouldn't have worked in my printer, so I called & they said to take photos showing they were unopened, which I did. However, I have been waiting for a month for my refund of $57.75. I get the runaround when I call. Always an excuse that they haven't confirmed that the ink cartridges were unopened. Why would I open cartridges for a different printer that I own? I sent them photos 2 times of the cartridges still wrapped in cellophane but I still can't get a refund. This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with for getting a refund on my return of the cartridges!
Do not order from this company! They steal your money and the ink is bad! Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I ordered so much ink it is now out of warranty but only 7 months old. ALL BAD. Rip off! Beware! Company will do nothing... Technical support picks fights and tells you to buy more ink!
This is the mos unreliable company that I ever dealt with. I returned unopened cartridges and it took 7 months to get a refund after 7 calls. Their customer service representatives lied to me regarding the refund and told me it would take two weeks. The cartridge chips were not programmed correctly and I could not use them.The manager never called me back. Please stay away from this company.
I have been using ClickInks since 2007 and continue to do so. Great pricing as well. In the past, I would see ink cartridges for high prices, but with ClickInks, I was able to afford it and thank you.!
I did get a refund from the company. It took six months.
I find it interesting that after all these years, I just got an alert on this post. It said that someone loved the post but instead, was treated to a response assuming that I was verbally abusive to support.
If you read my post carefully, you will see that the cartridges had visible fingerprint corrosion and OEM cartridges worked just fine. I provided photographic evidence to the front line support team and was informed that I had a legitimate complaint.
Furthermore, technical support never hung up on me. I often waited on hold for tech support to escalate my case only to be told that the manager had hung up on them.
I've worked support. I've been blasted out of my chair by more than one customer. The fact remains that even profane customers got a refund if their complaint was legitimate.
I do hope that things have improved at the management level because if you read my complaint again, you will find that it was upper management that was the problem, not the front line support people.
Great prices, great delivery - and ink cartridges that do not print. You get what you pay for.
In my case, I got a pair of cartridges that would not print and had visible fingerprint corrosion on the contacts. I bought official OEM cartridges and my printer worked on all colors. I put ClickInk in again - making sure all cartridges were free of corrosion. The same two colors failed. ClinkInks agreed to refund my money. I returned the ink three months ago and I am still waiting for my refund.
My beef is not with customer care/tech support. The men and women I have talked to do a fine job. My beef is with the management. The check is printed. It is waiting for approval. There's something wrong with a company that will immediately agree to refunds then take three months to refund the money.
I used a groupon coupon to get my ink. I know I will never get my Groupon money back but I at least expect to get my money back from ClickInks. Three months and counting.
