I ordered ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet 8020 printer. They sent me the wrong cartridges. They wouldn't have worked in my printer, so I called & they said to take photos showing they were unopened, which I did. However, I have been waiting for a month for my refund of $57.75. I get the runaround when I call. Always an excuse that they haven't confirmed that the ink cartridges were unopened. Why would I open cartridges for a different printer that I own? I sent them photos 2 times of the cartridges still wrapped in cellophane but I still can't get a refund. This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with for getting a refund on my return of the cartridges!
