Pros: ladies are very nice and friendly. Respond quickly, if thats much help.
Cons:
On April 12,2018 I placed an order for inkjet cartridges for my HP printer. After I placed the order I was informed that the cartridges were on backorder. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that the product was unavailable. I received an email that ask if I would like to receive part of my order and the remainder would be sent when available. Before I could answer the email, my partial order was said to be shipped and my credit card was charged.
I then received a tracking number and was informed that my order was being handled by DHL ecommerce. On April 16st I received an email from DHL (three days after my order) that my shipment was processed and being tendered to the delivery provider (USPS). From the 16th of April to the 21th of April my order sat in the DHL shipping facility before being given to the USPS for handling. I cannot blame Clickinks for DHLs poor service; however, I can blame then if they continue to use a company that provides this type of service to both their customers, Clickinks and me. Even if I do not to have the choice not to use DHL.
Clickinks website shows Free 3-day shipping with an *. Pay close attention to the *. To be fair they dont guarantee or promise 3-day shipping. Read the entire * about shipping.
The jury is still out on the quality of the ink product since I only received the last of my order today, May 9th after inquiring on when I may expect the last of the order. I was then informed it would be shipped the day I inquired. My question is if it was available to ship why did I have to inquire? I still have one item that I ordered however I really dont expect to ever receive it and if I do who knows when that will be.
Note: I was informed that the last item is no longer in production and therefore I will not be receiving the item which is OK.
If you order from this company, make sure you order at least a month before you need the items and dont rely on the free shipping your much better off paying the shipping cost and getting the order possibly in the same month or so. As for me this is the last time I order from this company.
I purchased 3 ink cartridges from Clickinks after buying a Groupon for reduced priced ink. I made a purchase WELL ABOVE the options offered on the Groupon. Immediately after placing the order, a charge was placed on my credit card.
When I finally received my ink, 2 out of the 3 registered as empty. I emailed immediately. Please see below for the painful blow by blow email between us.
This company has customer service that cannot handle follow up and staff that is just plain incompetent. I would rather pay full price than deal with companies like Clickinks! My advice to anyone... avoid this company at all costs.

I received the above order. Only 1 of the black cartridges is working. The other black and the color one state empty when put into the printer. I tried a 2nd printer and they did the same thing.

What is there to review?!?!? I will throw away the junk you sent me. I will do reviews on your company on any site I can find, including social media, that your company is a scam. I will also be contacting Groupon, where I received the coupon for your company to let them know you are not a good company to deal with.
