This company is a SCAM! They book fake flights and charge your credit card and never send you your flight confirmation or your E tickets and it's hell to get them to return your money. Always pay with credit card not debit card so you can dispute it with your credit card company.

Même si le billet que tu a acheté il n'est pas disponible je vous conseille de ne faire avec se site d'arnaque 0 étoile ne les mérite pas

They're really rude and unprofessional plus they're always trying to make you fool with other dates and locations and at end you will be really regretting to deal with these corrupt people please try to book your ticket on airline website it's much much cheaper than this website, specially with play airlines. These corrupt people charged me $1500 more than the website and when I checked the website of play airline my ticket was a lot cheaper than this website so please save your time and money and don't be a foolish person like me.

This company is a scam they charged my credit card 3 times, they claimed the price has changed So they withdrew another 400$ added to the 1700$ price of the original ticket
The worse is they didn't send me the ticket I booked but much cheaper 1 with long connection like 12hours and what they sent doesn't worth even half price of what I booked
When I called they said they cannot give me my original ticket and they cannot reimburse my money
And whats more ridiculous is that their agents calls to sell me my original ticket for an extra 1600$ added to what they originally withdrew
- I checked my credit card statement I saw an extra 60$ charge,
And when I call now they say they cannot find my booking
Really what kind of people are these,
Just stay away from these theifs

Advisable to stay away from this booking agent. Here is my experience:
* I booked international connecting flights ticket through this agency and the agent issued the ticket with 2 airlines with different baggage allowance. We had tough time dealing with airlines and had to pay extra money on the top of what we paid for the ticket. It was very expensive. The agent had to have common sense to issue ticket for airlines with same baggage allowance.
* Later I disputed the original payment I made and this agency sent it to collection agency and they started troubling us.
* Finally the collection agency provided us the evidence that showed we signed the document that tells us two airlines have different baggage allowance. I realized that the document that was sent to us for review originally was a different version and it did not have any of this information and after reviewing that document, we blindly signed this document which had this information but now we were legally obligated to pay for the extra baggage and we had to agree with the collection agency.
This is not a genuine booking agent, stay away, save headache and protect yourself. It seems they can follow all malpractices to get the business. Stay away...

After booking a flight to Turkey, I received an email asking me to contact the agent. The agent explained to me that the outbound flight was confirmed however, they were waiting for the returning flight to be confirmed. After being on hold for 10 minutes, the agent informd me that there were no more tickets in economy and that I was automatically upgraded. He waited on the line until I received the email and I noticed that the price went from $1326 to $1798. I then told him that I wouldn't pay almost $500 more and to cancel my flight. Unfortunately, he told me that I had to pay a $150 penalty! As much as I explained that this was not my problem and that I'm nt getting the advertised price, he kept repating the same thing. I finally paid the penalty as they would have charged me the full amount. 3 hours later, it was still advertised at $1326. PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED!

It is total scum and fraud. If you want to loose your money choose Click2Book. Deal directly with airlines. Cheaper tickets offer it is a trap. Don't expect professional honest people.

Terrible no redeeming value. Don'r rell you your ticket is for standby then jacks up the price once they have your money.

This company is a total scam. I reserved in their website and they call me about 2 hours after asking me to pay more because the airline companies have overbooked the flight. They asked to pay me $600 extra. The still do not want to reimburse me. Basically, I lost $1.2297.

J'ai acheté 3 billets d'avion sur ce site. Je reçois une confirmation. Peu de temps après on m'appelle pour me demander plus d'argent. Je désire annuler on me confirme qu'on me rembourse. Jamais rien n'arrive. Je tente de les rejoindre par téléphone et courriel, personne ne répond. J'écris un commentaire négatif sur ce site, on m'appelle, tente encore de me vendre des billets et me confirme à 3 reprises qu'on me rembourse. J'enlève mon commentaire et plus rien. Aucun remboursement, personne ne nous répond. C'est le PIRE endroit pour acheter des billets d'avions. Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile, je le ferais.

This is a terrible website... never buy yoUr tickets there. I got 2 air tickets and I paid what they said in the website few minutes later they called me asking for more money because what I bought is not available I asked to cancel everyrhing and they said I can't have my money back so I had to pay the extra, after my husband can't travel.and they told me and sent me an email telling I am allowed to have a full refund in 60 Days, one year allready passed and not body gave an answer I talked with too many people two of them are Dave and Robbin, but According with Air Canada. They never advise about the cancelation but I had the email confirming the refund. They keep my money and seriously I am considering taking legal actions and reporting it to the news. Please don't buy from this website!

I would not even give click2book any star. The entire click2book team is full of liars. We have booked the tickets with them in 2020 and still having issue getting a refund back also every time we call to speak their customer service manager Nick Johnson or director of the company Mr Sethi both are not available to speak. We have done numerous phone calls and emails however not getting response. Even our Bank is having difficulty to get chargeback money as the click2book unable to reconcile their accounts from past 6 months.

BE CAREFUL: it's a fraud!
I have booked a round trip Montreal-Dublin with click2book for June 2022.
They mailed me that I have to call them back. So I did. At the phone, they told me that my tickets were not available anymore and that if I wanted to book the same flight, I have to pay 240CAD more (on 800$CAD booking at the beginning). They assure me it was the best deal but when I looked, I could see it was a lie: tickets were available for much less. I told them that I didn't have this amount of money so I would like to cancel my flight. They answered that this will cost me 150$, because only the return was not available, but they had my first ticket and it was not refundable. I chose to cancel the flight: they had me answer a mail to say that I was agree to cancel and to pay 150$ for that (BE CAREFUL, do not do that).
At the end of the call, I was devastated, because I just lost 150$ for absolutely nothing. I tried to call my bank to oppose the transaction, but the banker told me that he cannot do anything because I gave my authorisation with the mail. He told me that it was not the first time and that fraudulent company like click2book use the panic during the call to make you agreed to whatever seems the less bad to obtain money.
Then I looked on different sites and I found that click2book do exactly that to all the clients: they promise good prices and then they call you saying that you have to pay hundreds more to keep your booking or to pay for the cancellation. So, if it's happening to you: don't agree with anything, and then call your bank so that the transaction won't be done.
I am warning the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre so that it won't happen to anyone else. If you want, you can do the same, so that we can close click2book.

Without any question a scam! Until you payed you'll have an easy time to contact them and get help for any questions. As soon as they have your money, they will not respond to you anymore, except to add additional fees. And since they won't provide the tickets, all these fees and bills payed will essentially be stolen money.
That's what happened to me, and when you check online, that's what happened to many people. There is nothing trustworthy about this company, and I urge anybody to JUST STAY AWAY! They WILL steal your money.
It is a scam, no question.

Don't get caught by their attractive low rates. Once they have your credit card info, they will call you and insist to update (to make even more money) and refuse to cancel. Ho, and they will cancel your tickets before your trip and not reimbourse you (as per their conditions) and rip you off…. RUN FROM THIS SITE!

I've been looking for weeks for tickets to Los Angeles. I finally found some good rates through this company. I booked it and the next day they called me to tell me it would be 4 times the amount. This is 100% a scam. Do not give them your credit card information! Worst travel company I've seen and I've seen a lot! Be aware!

Be careful! This company deceived me, offered me 2 roundtrip tickets from New York to Cali and from Cali New York worth 762.74 dollars and I paid that money, I also paid 426.16 dollars for this service. For some reason the airline returned the money to me and the click2book company through its service agent called Logan began to try to raise the price until it reached more than 100% of the initially agreed value which I cannot pay, now after Defaulting on their initial offer I am denied my money back. As you can understand, dear reader, I feel cheating and violated my rights. I think this company does not understand the basic concept of economics where in exchange for my money I expect a service.

Got a flight booked with Turkish Airlines on a busy business day. I would call the ticket to be a relatively cheap price, with good food, and great service. My experience with click2book.co.uk was above mediocre.
