It is total scum and fraud. If you want to loose your money choose Click2Book. Deal directly with airlines. Cheaper tickets offer it is a trap. Don't expect professional honest people.

Click2book cancelled my reservation the week before my flight and tried to charge me double the price of the ticket to rebook the flight. They said now the price is much higher so we have to charge you more. I said yes, but I booked this and received an email confirmation weeks ago. By this time all prices, even through more reputable booking services, had doubled. This cost me a lot of money. I question whether this was a scam to get me to book a much higher priced ticket through them. They offered no reimbursement or compensation.

Terrible no redeeming value. Don'r rell you your ticket is for standby then jacks up the price once they have your money.

Ne réservez pas sur ce site, prenez un billet un peu plus cher. Quoiqu'il arrive, ils vont vous faire plus que les autres billets. Vous gagnez de l'argent et du temps.

J'ai réservé un billet aller/retour entre Montréal et SF, le prix était de 624 CAD. Je reçois un mail avec les détails de ma réservation mais pas les billets.
2 jours après (donc après les délais de remboursement de 24h), je reçois un autre mail me disant que je dois les joindre pour que puisse confirmer ma réservation. Qui fait ca en 2022? Je décide donc de les appeler et la, c'est la douche froide, ils me disent que mon vol aller est réservé mais que le vol retour non car manque de place. Ils me redirigent vers 2 options: un vol retour, avec un prix total de 900 CAD (aller/retour) et un autre de 725 CAD (aller/retour). En plus de ça, ils n'arrêtent pas de mettre la pression pour nous inciter à réserver l'option qu'ils proposent.

J'ai vérifié sur les autres sites et les vols que j' avaient réservé étaient encore à la vente. En plus de ça, ils sont très vagues sur les informations qu'ils donnent. C'est impossible de vérifier si ce qu'ils disent est vrai.

L'opérateur fait mine de ne pas comprendre et ne veut pas prendre en compte les droits des consommateurs (que je lui ai répété durant 45 minutes).

I would not even give click2book any star. The entire click2book team is full of liars. We have booked the tickets with them in 2020 and still having issue getting a refund back also every time we call to speak their customer service manager Nick Johnson or director of the company Mr Sethi both are not available to speak. We have done numerous phone calls and emails however not getting response. Even our Bank is having difficulty to get chargeback money as the click2book unable to reconcile their accounts from past 6 months.

Got a flight booked with Turkish Airlines on a busy business day. I would call the ticket to be a relatively cheap price, with good food, and great service. My experience with click2book.co.uk was above mediocre.

PLZ! BE AWARE! Worst company ever! I booked 2 tickets and then they called and Told me that I have to pay an extra or they will cancel my flight without refund! They threatened me! Dave Clark in customer service laughs at me when I tried to say to him that I dont want to pay an extra and I want to cancel! It was a lack respect! Worst customer service! Worst site! Call your bank to block your transaction if you bought with them and call the consumer protection office! Be careful plz

J'ai déjà parler avec mon avocat j'ai déjà l'enregistrement vocal d'un appel qui a duré 50 minute qui montre clairement la façon de menacé n'hésitez pas a me transfére vos témoignages par email

Without any question a scam! Until you payed you'll have an easy time to contact them and get help for any questions. As soon as they have your money, they will not respond to you anymore, except to add additional fees. And since they won't provide the tickets, all these fees and bills payed will essentially be stolen money.
That's what happened to me, and when you check online, that's what happened to many people. There is nothing trustworthy about this company, and I urge anybody to JUST STAY AWAY! They WILL steal your money.
It is a scam, no question.

I've been looking for weeks for tickets to Los Angeles. I finally found some good rates through this company. I booked it and the next day they called me to tell me it would be 4 times the amount. This is 100% a scam. Do not give them your credit card information! Worst travel company I've seen and I've seen a lot! Be aware!

This company deceived me, offered me 2 roundtrip tickets from New York to Cali and from Cali New York worth 762.74 dollars and I paid that money, I also paid 426.16 dollars for this service. For some reason the airline returned the money to me and the click2book company through its service agent called Logan began to try to raise the price until it reached more than 100% of the initially agreed value which I cannot pay, now after Defaulting on their initial offer I am denied my money back. Avant la pandémie, nous avions acheté de nombreuses fois des billets en ligne avec d'autres compagnies sans jamais avoir de problèmes. Cette fois-ci l'histoire est différente, juste après avoir reçu un courriel de confirmation, nous avons reçu un courriel qui nous disait de les appeler. Intrigués, nous sommes allés fouiller sur internet pour voir les commentaires sur ce site, ce que nous aurions du faire avant! Le choc! De nombreuses personnes avaient vécues ce que nous nous apprêtions à vivre en les rappelant. Pour faire une histoire courte, après 2 appels dans la même journée où on nous offrait un billet à $1200 au lieu de celui que nous avions acheté à 750$ et pour lequel nous disions que nous refusions de payer plus et un autre appel le lendemain où nous devions payer $350 de plus pour notre billet, nous avons demandé une annulation (que nous réclamions la journée précédente). Bien entendu, ils ont exigé des frais d'annulation de 150$ par personne et on exigé que nous répondions à un courriel dans lequel on acceptait « volontairement » des frais de $150. C'était ça ou on perdait tout notre argent. On nous a affirmé que nous serions remboursé dans les prochains jours. Finalement, Cela nous a couté 150$ pour de l'air!

Hello, I booked 5 tickets at click2book.ca on June 13,2021 and they took the money on my credit card. On June 16, they told me to call them to confirm my tickets. After that, they tell me that my departure is overbooked by the company, and I have to change my dates and I have to pay more. I already paid $2557 and I have to add $1540. In addition, the contract their tickets neither refundable nor exchangeable. At the end I asked for them to reimburse me. I have to wait after my banker for 2 weeks for the company to reimburse me. In the meantime, my trip is messed up because I don't have enough money to pay for other tickets. I advise you not to buy tickets on their website, it doesn't honour their commitment

I bought 9 tickets from click2book. The day after they call me asking more money to set ticket. And charging cancellation fees!

They're really rude and unprofessional plus they're always trying to make you fool with other dates and locations and at end you will be really regretting to deal with these corrupt people please try to book your ticket on airline website it's much much cheaper than this website, specially with play airlines. These corrupt people charged me $1500 more than the website and when I checked the website of play airline my ticket was a lot cheaper than this website so please save your time and money and don't be a foolish person like me.

They make a price the day after they asked me 180$ more. I cancelled my ticket to Puerto Vallarta they kept 150$ penalty.

This company is a total scam. I reserved in their website and they call me about 2 hours after asking me to pay more because the airline companies have overbooked the flight. They asked to pay me $600 extra. The still do not want to reimburse me. Basically, I lost $1.2297.
