This the second time we have had windows installed by Clera windows and doors and we have been completely satisfied not only with the product and installation, but also with Hans our sales person who is both knowledgeable and very easy to do business with.
We were very satisfied with the job completed by Carl and Dan. The quote and product selection process on our choices of window and patio door was an excellent match with our home. Job was completed a week earlier then planned and the clean up was excellent. We would recommend this team to anyone.

Had 13 windows and sliding door replaced 2 1/2 years ago. Salesman was eager to sell ans was very attentive pre sale. The sliding door lock was faulty from day one. The first time the slider lock broke, it took appeox 2 weeks for someone to respond. It was temporarily resolved by a quick fix solution. Fast forward to today, this is the 4th time the lock has broken. I asked them to relace the door which they won't. I am still waiting for them take care of the problem. Customer Service is a joke. Rita, the Manager laughed when I told her myc concern. The sales Rep Steve will not return calls. I have had it and am taking legal action.
Barry and the team did a remarkable job. I highly recommend them. He worked on all the windows and doors of my house and I am very happy with the outcome. I will continue working with him again in my future projects.
Actually got to talk to the V. P., 17 Aug 2018 and guess what they were here today 24 Aug to do the work that I have been waiting since May to get done. As I said in the first review, the installers do a good job and today was no exception, they we in fixed the problem and out in about 20 Min. That makes the 3 month wait for 20 min of work even more inappropriate. Because of the installers I have moved my star up one. Because of the 3 plus months response time, I still have my reservations about recommending the company.
After hearing excellent feedback from some of my friends who have used Clera in the past for their own windows or doors installation, the time finally came for me to replace some of my windows. I ended up going with Clera, and wow what an excellent experience! The logistical nightmare of my past window installer was non-existent with Clera. The windows were delivered and installed with no hassle & I couldn't be happier!
First off the door installers said they would show up at 11am but arrived at 830pm. I wanted two storms doors each with a different design front n back of house. What happen was they mixed the measurements up and installed wrong doors at the front n back. By this time it was 11 pm and told them to call me tomorrow to get the mess sorted out. The next day no call by the tech or reply from a email sent. When it involved the deposit they replied right away. Do not recommend.
I had a bedroom and a basement window installed in my home this year.The Clera representative came and advised me as to the best windows to order. In exactly the time frame I was quoted the windows arrived and were installed. The installation was done in a very professional way and the area was completely cleaned upon completion. I intend to order 2 more Clera windows next year.

He gave us a detailed quote and listened to exactly what we wanted done for each window and door. He made suggests where appropriate and they were appreciated. After the installation, they cleaned up thoroughly which I was very impressed with. We've had the windows for approximately 2 months and haven't had a single issue. I highly recommend them!
Great estimate, we even decided to have our french doors done, crew friendly and cleaned up like they weren't even there! Great value for the price, even noticed that the rooms are cooler when the sun is shinning directly on them.

Installation took a little longer than expected, but the crew was very good at explaining the issue. The salesman John was great and they took care of a small issue with one window not closing easily after installation.
Installation was so fast and expertly done. Any rotted wood was replaced, as was old mouldingswith easy to care for washable moulding. While there was sawdust inside, there was no clean up outside and my gardens were still intact. I love the look of my windows inside and out.
Dan and Carl from Clara Windows in the Lucknow area were an absolute dream to work with. They took their time going over the quote and options and our windows were installed on time and professionally finished.
