The abysmal state of shipping times and the complete absence of any meaningful support from Clearly is nothing short of infuriating. It's beyond disheartening to witness the sheer downfall this company has undergone. I've been a loyal patron for years, relying on them consistently for my contact orders, and never once did I encounter the exasperating ordeal that I find myself trapped in now.
Astonishingly, I've been counting the weeks – three agonizing weeks – and my order hasn't even made it out of the door. The so-called "In Process" status that support robotically echoes back to me is nothing but a cruel reminder of how insignificant customer satisfaction has become to Clearly.
The audacity displayed by Clearly, plastering a feeble warning about shipping delays atop their website due to a "system upgrade," is a clear mockery of their customers' patience. An ordinary person might reasonably assume that this announcement indicates a brief hiccup in the delivery timeline, perhaps a week at most. But no, the reality is far more grim.
Why stop there, Clearly? Why not prominently display the truth on your website? Announce to the world that your delays are no longer a matter of days or weeks, but rather an agonizing month-long wait. At least then, potential customers would be armed with the information they deserve – the harsh reality of when they might actually lay hands on their much-awaited orders. Perhaps, then, they could make informed decisions about where to spend their hard-earned money and not be blindsided by this tormenting waiting game.
As for me, I've had enough. This ordeal has shattered any lingering faith I had in Clearly's commitment to customer satisfaction. I am resolutely taking my business elsewhere, where I can actually receive the products I need without enduring this Kafkaesque nightmare of delays and evasive responses.
Let this serve as a testament to the shambles Clearly has become, and let their prospective customers be warned. The disappointment I feel is palpable, and I can only hope that by shedding light on this, others can be spared the frustration and distress that has come to define my experience with this company.

I've WAS a loyal customer of over 13 years until they finally made a mistake of sending me the opposite of my order that had me suffer collateral losses that they just weren't any bit considerate to do anything about
After sending me +4.50 ×2boxes where I required a -4.50 pres prescription, my life goes on hold until they decide to finally process the refund and only after they receive my returned, cuz the fact I had given a tracking number wasn't enough to promptly out the money back on my card after 13 years of history and the thousands I've already spent prior years.
Can't work, can't drive, can't tie my fkkking shoes when I'm blind, and clearly could give a shtt about their screw up or making anything right.
Had me pay for all the postage for a product I'm still not receiving. Waiting and can't have their dumb half with csr team do nothing but mouth meaningless apologies with no action to support it with.they succeed at losing a long time customer that never should of recieved a dime worth of any past business
Ordering online was simple and I liked the "Try On" option.
Glasses came VERY quick and beautifully packaged.
My contacts were not in stock at time of order but I did not have to wait long and they were delivered by FedEx at no extra cost.

I've purchased from Kits and Firmoo and both pairs fit wonderfully. Sadly my first Clearly pair do not fit at all.

I wasn't satisfied with one pair of glasses from my order and i changed them for another pair, it was easy.
The second pair works very good for me.
A few of the contacs broke too quickly. One broke as I went to retrieve it, one broke in my eye... I like them overall and they are comfortable.

I can feel the contacts in my eyes when I wear them so I won't be purchasing this brand but I'll try another that suits my eye

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
