Paper towels arrived and were left in my hallway bldg. Which is alright.
However, the box of Toilet tissue was left on 347 west 37 street, I had to hire some one else to bring to my house, since I do live on 493 9th Ave (37 and 38 streets) and the box is too heavy for me. That's the only reason why I do purchase on line so it can be deliver to my Hallway Bldg.

The delivery service was fast and the brand is what we have used for years
One of the boxes came almost destroyed and some of the toilet paper rolls were falling out.
I was glad to find the product I needed. However, the product was too small (chair gliders) and it was not returnable. Also, the company did not ship the product for over 5 working days so it took 3 weeks to arrive. While this may have been acceptable 25 years ago, we all expect a little bit more unless you are shipping out of China. Are you shipping out of China CleanItSupply? That should be clear to the customer.
After purchasing the casters, there are multiple CleanItSupply ads everywhere. Can't get thru some articles without your Ads between each paragraph.
No way to estimate shipping fees.
Too many ads after purchase.
Need to make sure the product tops are secured. Several bottles was damage and all tops were pretty loose
